I HATE ALL CVS PHARMACIES TO THE POINT THAT I ONLY USE THEM IF I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. I am going to write my current issue and problem with this BERRYVILLE AVENUE CVS pharmacy as well as the pharmacist and employee involved but I’m going to wait until I get this resolved. But either way, I WOULD CHOOSE ANY PHARMACY POSSIBLE THAT IS NOT A CVS PHARMACY IF I WERE YOU (and this includes them all over the country!)!!! I’m sure there are a few good or decent cvs pharmacies with good staff (somewhere around the country) but it isn’t even worth it to find out if one is okay to use or not. STAY AWAY FROM CVS PHARMACIES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

It's not the pharmacy technicians it's the pharmacists. I'm only posting this review after extending several chances of allowing them to earn my business. After a few dozen times over a couple of years they have failed to do so. The corporate run pharmacists apparently have a hard time handling the responsibilities of customer care at CVS.

Do not go to this pharmacy. Everyone that works here is extremely unprofessional and rude. You can tell that the work climate is stressful and overwhelming for the employees. It really shows in the interactions I’ve had with them. They are short, rude, angry, and stressed out.
I chose to come here because I have always used CVS, and had good experiences most of the time. Unfortunately this CVS proved me very, very wrong.
If you just need something over the counter this place is fine, but please don’t send your prescriptions here.

If i can give zero star then Ill do it. Pharmacist is so rude. As if its my fault they told me medication is ready to be picked up. And when I got here nothing is ready. Pharmacost is talking to her personal cellphone! Injust hate it and wont use this pharmacy again! Ever!

Worst run CVS store and pharmacy that I’ve ever experienced. Every time for years consistently. The store manager is useless! Prescriptions transferred!! Put my merchandise down and walked out!! Furthermore, I didn’t want to go to the register to wait in line to get the key to use the bathroom. Gas stations have better service!! Don’t bother calling the pharmacy (for years) they don’t answer!! CVS is too good to have a store like this!! Should report to the BBB!! Lost me as a customer forever. There are too many GREAT stores and pharmacies to use!

They never wanna properly run all of my insurance cards leaving me pay outta pocket all the time. The ladies always with a bad mood and manners.I have to line up for at least 30 minutes every single time I need to pick my daughter medicine .

I highly don’t recommend the pharmacy side of this store! They never answer the phones, they never wanna do their jobs right! They never wanna properly run all of my insurance cards leaving me pay outta pocket all the time. Do not go to this pharmacy for your prescriptions! I repeat do not go here for your prescriptions!

It's not the employees I'm mad at but whoever is running management within the pharmacy NEEDS to do something. Closing done drive through for months, having one person work with 10+ customers waiting on line is not ethical for this employee or the customers. I'm switching jobs to martins or Walmart to pick up my scripts from now on.

Wow... just wow...I finally got through to the pharmacy and was asked how I could be helped. I said hello! Just checking if my daughter's and my prescriptions are ready yet. (I've never used this pharmacy before) the pharmacy tech responded with, "well I don't know we've been on the phones all day. " I said oh umm... she then asked for my info and said it wasn't ready yet. I asked how long she could possibly estimate so I could plan a break at work to come get them. She replied, "I don't know every time we get called it interrupts our job and we can't get to fill prescriptions. You'll get a text. " I was just taken aback. I thanked her and she promptly hung up.Just horrible customer service. I'll be transferring my prescriptions.

The door has been broke in the drive through for weeks now. You would think that a multi-million dollar company would fix the door. In sted the INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMERS . I stood in line in the store for 30 minutes, watching elderly almost fall from standing and The sick almost puke . Fix the door.
