Giving one star because I was denied the iPhone 11 deal from the heavyset women that works here, I came to cricket and as usual my phone had stopped charging (had around 10 phones from cricket) they always stop charging for some reason, I came back and thought well it’s different because usb C is available now, nope… the lady was EXTRE RUDE TO MY FRIEND AND ME!! I wanted the iPhone 11 because I know they don’t break.. “haha we don’t have anymore of those and the deals for them have ended” I checked on the cricket website and they still had the deals up and available, so I went to boost at the mall and talked to A ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL and he gave me a free iPhone that I still have and it still charges 100 percent perfectly, SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT COME HERE, she will not help you at all

The lady working today was extremely rude and didn’t want to do anything. She couldn’t help me switch a phone to my plan or even tell me what to do to get started. Very poor staff.

I just had a terrible experience at this Cricket Wireless store. The girl working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I asked a question, she would roll her eyes and act like I was bothering her. I wasn't being rude at all and I don't feel that I deserved to be treated that way. I would not recommend this store to anyone due to the poor customer service.

I had an issue with my phone and was greeted right away and my problem solved quickly! I even thought about an upgrade and they had the phone in stock! Great customer service!
