Not even a cup of coffee complimentary wow spend 200 bucks a night and breakfast not even included room was dingy at best photos included.
Rooms: Room was fine but needs work. Way over priced everything. When are hotels going to learn that if they price things not 3 to 4 times the usual price people would buy more and they would make more. Corporate greed is absolutely ridiculous.

Unfortunately, as a family with a small child, we were moved to a room far away. The employees probably did this deliberately... (unfortunately we have experienced this several times before) This was directly above the air conditioning turbines. This made it impossible to sleep! Very, very annoying for the high price and the high standards... we won't be coming back!!!

Stayed here while having a meeting in the area… Checking in was very professional and on-point! The property isn’t too bad, but one elevator was out of service while I was there. Bed was comfy, room was relatively clean and decent, but needs to be refurbished.
Overall, it was a decent stay… I’d return.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
1 Elevator was inoperable & the other elevator went down during our 2 day stay. We were on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs (5 flights). I went to customer service without success then asked for a manager and he told me it was nothing he could do to accommodate me. He said he was sorry. Poor customer service not showing any concern for the guest
Food and drinks: Very expensive $26 for 2 coffees, 2 muffins & a banana

Booked this room for two nights but was only willing to stay one night.
* The internet was weak and wouldn't connect to any of our devices.
*Greasy hair marks all over the headboard.
*Dirty toddlers handprints all over the door.
*The toilet seat was falling off
*The spray on spackle ceiling is falling apart
*Wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling loose.
*The room phone is dead.
* A soda costs $8
*Despite the high price of the room, breakfast is an additional fee and it's much too expensive.
*The traffic on the highway that merges with 81 was so LOUD
Conclusion: The room was not worth the high price. I can NOT recommend
this disappointing hotel.

Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Traveled here for business for a few days. The location of the hotel is great many stores, gas stations etc around the area.
Safety: Extremely safe area.
Walkability: You can walk to gas stations nearby.

Needed a nights hotel stay to attend a wedding and used points/cash reservation with Marriott. Lovely room, but...
Waterflow in the toilet just wasn't cutting it. Honestly I believe it is an issue with the choice of fixture, not maintenance. Just annoying.

So, at check in, the gentleman told me I was lucky to get the 2 rooms I've specifically called twice and requested together to be available?
Excuse me?
He looked at my kids, (I have twin 5 year Olds and a 15 year old) and asked me if it's ok to have one room down the hall? So he wanted me to put my kids down the hall from me, or me just figure out how to make that work. Then I GOT CHARGED MORE.
I explained to him I called twice, showed him I called the specific hotel twice, and spoke to his associates who assured me my rooms can be adjoining as I have small kids.
Now after I've proven I called twice, he wanted to know who I spoke to.
The bistro is the only reason I stayed here and didn't switch hotels that night. We have had no wifi, so I've been using my Hotspot for the whole 3 days. The bathrooms were not clean. And I mean not clean. I walk with cleaning stuff as I have premies, so when I called and asked them to make sure they paid attention to the issues I had at next cleaning, she asked my why I cleaned it and not wait for their house keeping who wasn't coming until the next day. We checked in around 8pm. While I choose marriott for their amenities and comfortability, I won't be staying at this one again for sure.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Especially if you have kids and or are self employed. They are haters and will show it through the way they treat you and handle situations…especially if you’re a regular there. (Long term stay)
The House Keepers are very CHILDISH and LAZY and complain about even leaving the littlest of messes. And if you have late checkout? Forget it! They will build up animosity towards you. (Even as a Titanium MEMBER!)
The Manager is also Childish and the employees somewhat resemble some High school kids that gossip about anything that doesn’t appeal to them. (They all think they are too good for anything besides the sweet woman who work the front desk for checkins)
The house keeping almost walked into my boyfriend with her cart on purpose (he’s African American) luckily he went around her and avoided her childish passive aggression. They are also very dismissive and lack good customer service and communication skills. (Tbh I feel like most of them hate their job and then take it out on the guests who stay there)
Overall the hotel itself is nice and the rooms are decent but the people who work there make this hotel not worth the stay. Especially for family’s with young ones.
Noteworthy details: Area is very quiet

Lisa(AGM) Steven (FD Sup) Brenda and Karina(Exec Sales) were all great to my family and friends. We stayed here for my daughter wedding and they could not have been happier to have let us more or less take over the lobby. We cleaned up afterwards and put all the furniture back when the family comes back we will definitely be staying here thanks again

My experience with this hotel was beyond horrendous. I have never, in my entire life, been treated this terribly. The customer service here is God-awful. I had a question regarding the cancellation policy and the person who was "helping me," Brenda, is the rudest person to roam this Earth. She takes pride in ripping off people and causing them financial distress. Besides the fact that she does not understand how to service her customers, she possesses no human decency. She is the rudest, most inconsiderate, and most disgusting person I have ever spoken with. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I ever step onto this hellacious establishment's premises.

I am sorry that it took me this long to do this review. We stayed last year around May it was a great stay. The staff was wonderful specially the front desk personnel. Thanks for all the attention and great service. This was an excellent location. Fam

Rooms: Very clean very nice the body wash shampoo and conditioner eucalyptus and lavender sents are very relaxing bed was comfortable
