He was easy to reach by phone and was more helpful than Comcast - after dealing with them for over an hour and not being able to speak to a customer service representative with help- on switching out a modem, The ability to drop off my computer even when he was out of the office was a convenient service. Overall, Amr was very knowledgeable and professional in the issues with my computer.”
