I was down on my luck on a Sunday afternoon when my car’s check engine light randomly appeared. I had to pull over and while trying to get my ducks in order, Combs Wrecker Services made it as easy as possible for the situation to be stress-free. They quickly gave me a quote on how much a tow would cost (very good pricing!) along with an accurate time estimate. They didn’t require any payment until the service was done - on top of that the driver put my key in the dropbox and filled out a form at the dealership for me without asking. Absolutely amazing customer service. Mike (the owner) made sure I was okay on the phone before asking about the vehicle, and that is what small business is all about.
My customer loyalty is sticking with combs! This is my recommendation for any towing services you may need.

Right place at the right time these guys came to the rescue kid locked in car when they happened to come rolling into the gas station when this happened asked for help an no question asked he came an popped the door in 2 seconds an didnt expect or except a thing friendly and happy to help these guys deserve the at most respect 100% recommend them for any an everything they offer let's give them a round of applause for not knowing they were right where they were needed not even knowing it thank you again guys

I owned a 2006 Ford F250 that I bought off a lot in Winchester Virginia. I should've known better than to purchase this vehicle, as it was purchased by me with a rejection inspection sticker. I was so upset about this purchase, and was trying to get a dear friend to help me fix it. Combs wrecker service came to the rescue for me, towed my vehicle to my friends shop, and I got to watch it being taken off the flatbed, with ease, with professionalism, courtesy, and kind and friendly service. I was not charged any money to have this vehicle towed, as it is partnered with the mechanic shop it was towed to. I will never forget the company, its employees and i will always refer my clients to this company, and only this company. This company is a family, locally owned and operated company that serves a lot of VA. My favorite thing about this business, is that it is Woman owned.

From the initial phone call to Combs, I was greeted with a very kind and friendly voice! Fortunately, we were not in an emergency situation, we just needed a vehicle transported for repair. I was given an approx. time, and was told I would be contacted when the service was on the way. That all happened. Great guy loaded up the car, was approachable and he took time to just have a fun/friendly chat before he went efficiently on his way. It was good to have that 'small town business' experience/exchange, again. Combs will be our 'go to' for any future needs. Thank you!

Mike responded to an accident I was in. Needless to say I have never encountered a more rude,, belligerent unprofessional person in any business anywhere at anytime.It was quite obvious by the sheriffs allowing him to cuss me out and threaten me that hes in their pocket$.Avoid this business at all cost!!Service: Car towing
