My vehicle had been impounded and placed with this company. When I went to pick my car up, the driver side window had been severely scratched, the driver side mirror was broken. The front and back window had been busted out and replaced. Back window defrost no longer works because it wasn’t hooked back up. I had glass all over the inside of my car and took months to get it completely out. Had over 500 dollars of items stolen from inside my car. This company replaced the windows and tried to hide the fact it had been broken into. I called them and reported it to them and they never denied the fact that they had to replace the windows. I was told that they would review their security cameras and follow up with me which they never did. I strongly suggest not to use this business if you have to leave your vehicle over night!!!

I love the gentleman that works there. I go to him every year and he is so nice. And his dog. She is beautiful.

I called asking when they would be open to do a state inspection, I was greeted with a older man screaming at me "I cant hear you!" .So I raised my voice to accommodate him. I asked about the inspections he tells me the family is leaving next week for vacation. Thats fine, completely understand. I then asked if he would be available to following week, he rudely said that was above his pay scale to answer that question and hung up. I was thinking i was supporting a local family business by supplying them with my business for all of these year. But after that rude and unprofessional encounter, they will never receive another dollar of my hard earned money from my self or my business.

My son wrecked our car and the Virginia State Police had it towed to this establishment. They called my wife the equivalent of a "female dog" when she asked to use the phone, they rifled through my possessions in the car, and overcharged us. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT, EVER.
