My driver side rear brake was making noise. CHAOS team identified the problem and replaced both rear brake systems. They upgraded the brake pads to align with my offroading and towing requirements. Because I just completed a 9K mile trip tha include offroading in 3 states and atleast 15 trails, the team did a system review and identified a passenger side out seal axle leak and recp,mmended replacing replacing both seals - I concurred. Always great work by the CHAOS team

Happy to have chosen Chaos for getting the trailer hitch installed on my wife’s Mustang Mach-E. Stephanie was very professional, accommodating, the technician(Apologies for not getting his name) did a wonderful job, included contents of the hitch components in the passenger seat and noted what’s in there.
I will be returning to have another hitch installed on the minivan, once parts come back from backorder.

These guys are the best of the best. I have an old Cadillac 2007; the shifter no longer worked, the part was discontinued and very difficult to find replacement parts. Chaos took the shifter apart and rebuilt it. The car runs like new. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going the extra mile to help me. If I were to rebuild a car from the bottom up, I know there is only one place I would take it to and that’s Chaos.

The team at Chaos are true professionals! Josh Otey was assigned to oversee the major repair work done to my 1965 Chevy C10 vehicle. Josh provided excellent technical expertise and excellent customer service! He replaced the transmission valves and seals. Josh always kept me informed of all the work Chaos performed and always provided recommendations. Josh also installed the following new parts: a transmission shift kit, electric fans, a high performance battery and a high performance alternator! Josh also had the oil changed and the 12 bolt rear end treated with lubricant. Thank you Josh for providing such outstanding work!! Because of the alterations and enhancements done to my C10, the vehicle drives and handles far better!! Josh recently replaced the transmission shift cable!! My C10 goes into gear more smoothly!!! As always, a special thanks to Josh and the amazing team at Chaos!! You’re the best Chaos!!

What can I say bout my first experience? Heavily satisfied with the workmanship of this shop! Was referred to them from another shop for custom work. Told them my plan for my truck and they put together the plan. Kept me updated through the work, gave suggestions on what was needed, provided pictures and information. Put together a plan for the next phase of my project and can’t wait to bring my truck back to finish it off! Thanks AK, Josh and everyone involved!

Had a PSC Adventure kit installed on my 2011 Jeep JK Rubicon. Install was clean and done right. However, one of the hoses had a slow leak. Called the shop and they actually sent one of the guys to my house (not at all close) to check it out and reinstall. After he left it continued a slow seep. As a result, Chaos called PSC and got a new hose. When I got to the shop to have it swapped out we noticed the hose that came with the kit was slightly different…possibly due to my purchasing from a retailer and/or an older version. Chaos did the swap and checked ALL the fittings to ensure the system was “closed” and completely leak free.These guys are passionate about what they do. They do things right and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy.
