“I want to start off by saying WOW! The entire staff is great, phenomenal and go above & beyond to help you make sure you get a rental! I was scheduled with my insurance company to pickup a rental they reserved with Enterprise. At the 1st location where the reservation was made they had no vehicles available, at the 2nd location same result. Both locations had no inventory available until 3 days later. After 2 failed attempts with them at 2 different locations I was in desperate need of a vehicle and went to Hertz as my last and only option. I had no reservation with Hertz and just explained my situation to them and the young gentlemen at this office just told me " don't worry you call your insurance company and get me a reservation and in the meantime I'll get your car ready." That was such a relief to hear after 2 failed attempts with Enterprise. After this experience with Hertz you guys will always be my 1st option!
