“My driver side rear brake was making noise. CHAOS team identified the problem and replaced both rear brake systems. They upgraded the brake pads to align with my offroading and towing requirements. Because I just completed a 9K mile trip tha include offroading in 3 states and atleast 15 trails, the team did a system review and identified a passenger side out seal axle leak and recp,mmended replacing replacing both seals - I concurred. Always great work by the CHAOS team”

They discovered the issue of the reason it wasn’t aligned due to a faulty part. They ordered the part and it was quickly delivered same day and got that fixed and adjusted.
