My experience was first class, the salesmen, manager and finance gentleman were fantastic. Everything was ready for me, they had me out the door with my brand new car in less than an hour. Highly, highly recommend Beyer Auto. I will be back.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Go see Scott! He made the buying process as painless as possible. Doesn't harass and gives you space to make your decision, and answers any questions.

We were traveling from Chicago area to a remote area of Virginia when we ran into a “pressure” issue. We were fortunate enough to find Beyer Volkswagen located approximately 80 miles from our Airbnb and they were so helpful to us when we needed the help. While my husband waited for the service to be completed, your service manager actually drove my husband to a nearby store so that he could complete a purchase during the wait time and a that he didn’t have to wait around the dealership.Your team was so pleasant, friendly and went above and beyond to help us when we were away from home and away from our usual dealership in Illinois (Fox Valley VW). It was a great feeling to know that there was a helpful and knowledgeable Volkswagen team available to us when we needed it! Thanks a million!! Bob & Stephanie

The staff at Beyers is very professional and very understanding of the customer’s needs and wants. We were able to come to an agreement with out a lot of back and forth haggling. I am very satisfied with this purchase and all involved in the process.

Drove down from PA for a 40th anniversary GTI. The car is gorgeous. We love it. Our salesman Benjamin was extremely professional. This is one of the best experiences with a new car dealer. My only criticism is the new car rates and I understand that isn’t related with the dealers decision but it did make us think twice of purchasing a car.

Kelly and the service department are great. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable of my car and all things VW. They are a pleasure to interact with every visit.

Kelly was great and very friendly. She let me know about aspects of the repair, explained features and parts of my car, and helped me make a decision on tires. I also met the technician that worked on my car and he was very nice as well.

Kelly and Brianna were great as always! The only thing I would like to see improved would be to have the loan car vacuumed, at least. It’s very common to find food crumbs and last time I had a band aid on the car floor. It is not pleasant. Thank you

Execrable Service Department. Arranged for Warranty Service (oil leakage from engine) the previous week to bring vehicle for appointment on the next Tuesday. Dropped off vehicle Monday afternoon. Was told "no loaners." OK, fine, but this assumed something close to a reasonable time for diagnosis and repair. Left my phone number, asked for update, said please "leave a message." Tuesday, no contact. Wednesday midday called, left message, asked for call-back with my number. Zilch. That afternoon, around 4:30, entire service customer service goes AWOL. VW Service left a sign stating go to Volvo Service counter. Flagged down a Volvo mechanic, asked him to find out what was going on with my car. He came back a few minutes later and stated Vacuum Pump leak. OK, good, not complicated, maybe 30 minute repair given that engine cover etc. are off anyway. He said, don't have the part, "may be couple more days." What!! 2.0T is about as common an engine as you will run into. Online, HUNDREDS of OEM pumps available. OK, went by Service first thin next AM, was told "good news," we have the part in stock. Come by at 4PM, but "It may not be ready until tomorrow. There are two cars ahead of you." I stated, I had an appointment! This was unacceptable. What about a loaner then? "No, we don't have any--uh, so there must be a LOT of other people getting slow repairs). The truly rude and unpleasant Service Manager said then "Maybe you should not bring your car back for service." Uh, excuse me, I BOUGHT the car here and it's under warranty. So, recapping things. It took TWO FULL DAYS to get around to diagnosing a simple problem. Then another full day (or possibly TWO) to do complete a minute warranty repair (literally a 30 minute job). This would be at most take two-days t any competent auto-repair place. Maybe an hour to pinpoint the leak, order the part, then 30 minutes next day to install the pump. The whole purpose of "Scheduling" a repair for a customer means DIAGNOSING the problem promptly and repairing promptly. This is my second HORRIBLE review (see the other well-known customer review platform for Beyer Service (Sales on the other hand is an A+).

Ethan went above and beyond to follow up and reach out to me in a manner that he did not become an irritating. Very nice and polite young man… Dave the manager also followed up each day to see if I had any questions that needed answered

This dealership (specifically Ben Newton) made it easy to purchase a vehicle. And they consistently exceed my expectations post-purchase on service needs and more. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Kelly’s communications and scheduling were great. The reason for the rating is it will take at least a month to actually repair the car due to no part’s availability. But I can assure you VW credit wants a full payment for a car VW can’t repair.

Took my Jetta in for oil change. Had to leave overnight and wasn't ready until late the next day. I did want the tech to reset the service interval and give the car a VW pro evaluation for any issues. Plus, the Beyer cost for an oil change was only modestly more than my usual go-to shop. Service rep flashed a picture of my cabin air filter and said they recommended a change. No glasses, so I just assumed it was "dirty" even though I knew it was only a few months old. I asked how much, they said 80+ smackers. I said, no thanks (it's a 20 dollar DEALER cost part and 5 minute maximum job). So, assuming the tech was being honest, I got a new filter at Auto-Zone. AND, when I pulled out the "old" filter in my driveway, it was in fact covered in some PINE STRAW which immediately spilled out all over my freshly vacuumed passenger floor mat. No shocker, I have pine trees beside my drive. But, when I took the "dirty" filter and turned it upside down and TAPPED it a couple times on on the driveway. Voila CLEAN again. Almost NEW looking (I compared it to the NEW filter I had just purchased). The tech obviously had the glove box down and the filter OUT of the slot (to take the picture!) at the service. But, instead of doing the customer the simple and professional courtesy of taking 7 extra SECONDS to tap off the straw on a trash can, and eyeballing the otherwise almost new filter, they simply put it back IN with the pine straw all over the top side. Either the tech was an idiot, or he has no scruples about soaking a customer for an extra 50 bucks in labor for less than a minute "more" of actual labor. What other chicken-poop shortcuts did they take? Not going back except for warranty work.
