We just got a phone plan set up coming in with completely no knowledge whatsoever, and the process was so quick, easy, and convenient with Melanie. She's such a an amazing and generous worker; I wouldn't want to come to anyone else for tech needs now!

Horrible customer service. I bought a Viper remote start 2 years ago as a Christmas present to myself. But, Winchester has no techs to install it. So on that Nee Years Eve I had to go to Sterling to have it installed. As I pulled out of the installation bay my windows started going crazy. Going up and down randomly. So, I drove back in to get that taken care of. Since that time I have had nothing but issues with the electrical system in my truck. I have had it back to distant Best Buys to have it checked as it had not functioned properly since it was installed. In 2 years, it has drained and ruined three batteries causing a need for their replacement. Very expensive The last time we put in a new battery we put a switch on it so that when I get home I have to pop the hood and cut off the battery to keep it from getting drained of power. We did this for me to use until Best Buy removes the Remote start, that I no longer want on my vehicle. It is my belief that the module is defective. And I am tired of the expense and having to open the hood and turn on and off my battery to keep it from being drained. I called the main Customer Service number and was transferred 3 times. I waited for 10-15 minutes each time so I thought they were informing the next person what I had already told them was going on. But, I had to tell my story three times and when the fourth guy came on the line he and asked me, once again, what I had called about. I didn't mean to, but I commented "You have got to be kidding and the asshole hung up on me This week (February 21st) went to the store to try and get the Viper removed. The assistant manager there agreed with me that it was as probably a bad module itself. Since I had been reassured twice that it was connected correctly. So today I get an email from the tech in Hagerstown, MD that he would need the truck for a full day to try and figure out what was going on and wouldn't be able to schedule that until after the first of April. More money for gas and how do I spend my day In Hagerstown, doing what? I want the defective product removed from my truck and I emailed that back to him, but haven't heard back yet. I have used to be a loyal customer and member of their rewards program but, I will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again. A horrible company with the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced I would not recommend anyone to shop there

Whoever was the heavier set lady who works there all I did was ask if they had something in stock I knew she was working with a customer but all she had to do is point me in the direction of the product and she told me in a condescending voice and I quote "I'm working with a customer you have to go to customer service" I've worked at at&t for 3 years and even if I was working with someone and someone ask me a question I would point them in the right direction she was very rude and disrespectful
