This store is a mess! Went there to buy the Samsung Galaxy watch ultra because they had it in stock. They couldn't complete my simple sale because of a best buy website error relating to the trade in program. My Galaxy watch 6 classic in silver isn't listed as applicable for trade in, only the black one? The female sales rep who I waited 10 minutes to even show up in the department was very confused and told me they could not accept the trade and it would be easier to just pay retail for the watch, well of course it would! Needless to say, it was disappointing after driving 45 minutes to get this watch. Best buy deals with these promotions all the time, not very difficult to figure this out, and of course the customer is never right, so I will take my $650 to another store and hope for better luck, or buy from Samsung direct.
Update: Canned social media endorsed corporate answer from Best Buy offering me the privilege of sending them a private message on one of their social media sites to speak with someone about this issue. Why not just contact me directly? you have all my account information. Thank you for proving my point of not caring enough to take any accountability, you just wanted to respond socially so people think you care enough because reviews are what really matter.

Checked online to see if they had what i wanted in stock. Said they did. Went to the store, and the item was actually there! I appreciate it when your online inventory matched the stores. Too many times, i have gone to stores based on an online check to find they were out of the item. Grabbed my stuff, paid, and left. No fuss, no muss. Perfect!

Love that they say hello ask if you need help but dont follow you around the store and if you need help there is always someone near, or at the front to help.
Also everyone can help if you need to pay a bill.

Useless Apple certified location (Geek Squad) Allows setting of appointments for phone repair but can not repair the phone same day. This is the second Best Buy I have been to today for screen repair through apple care. Not sure why Apple allows them to remain certified. Not guaranteeing same day repair on walk-ins makes sense, not guaranteeing service on scheduled appointments is diabolical.

The Geek Squad rep at the Best Buy was very rude and unprofessional. Because she refused to help me with my computer problems. Her attitude was awful and childish. I never buy any Best products, again. She lost me as a customer! I found a pop and mom computer shop outside of Winchester, VA. I was very impressed with caring non-Best technicians helped me to fix my computer problems. I paid them very well. I was very happy with them!
