Bell's is a unicorn as far as I'm concerned. This is a fine clothing store that you would expect to find on 5th Avenue or Rodeo Drive. It's a family-owned business that sells beautiful, expensive clothing. I've bought several custom suits from them as well as some amazing casual outfits for a variety of events. While the clothing itself is amazing, the expertise and customer service provided by the family is absolutely unparalleled.

As you can tell, the service here has plummeted. My experience was after seeing on line that they had womens clothing, I stopped by. Only to be told by a condescending jackass that I was foolish for believing what I saw. I wonder if this narcissistic rocket scientist knows he is responsible for the upkeep of his online presence.... just dont go. Drive to DC.

The worker had a very arrogant attitude, he did not help with what I came in for, nor answer my question. Instead talked about the history of his family owning the store, and trying to persuade me away from the wedding attire I was looking for.

I needed a new suit for work and there aren't too many spots to get a quality suit anywhere near my home, but for a 30 minute drive Bella gives quality in spades. This family run business has you covered head to heel (literally) for menswear. I went in looking to match a particular brown tie for which they helped me to find a gorgeous sort of grey blue suit from Jack Victor. I tried on about 4 jackets before coming to that one. After getting all sized up I did also pick up a few very nice dress shirts as well. My suit was ready in about 3 weeks (your time may vary, i was buying with a holiday in the middle). It was nicely pressed and ready for a final check when i arrived. No additional adjustments and i was out the door in 15 minutes. All around a lovely experience and I'm sure I'll be back for another suit or perhaps some other wares soon.

What an amazing store filled with so many options of original and stylish clothing even my teenage daughter loved. Steven was great explaining the entire history of the store and so nice… looking forward to getting and giving some great gifts this year!

Sad that I recommended Bells for my grandsons wedding party. 2 jackets didn’t fit, his shirt had 2 grease spots on the front, father of bride couldn’t even wear his (instead wore his own, as no time to reorder). No apologies nor adjustment. What was once high quality is no more.

I was in Winchester today with my fiancée to visit the university (we are both prospective graduate students). As we were exploring the area, we stumbled across Bell's. Upon seeing the dazzling window displays, my fiancée said "We have to go in and check this out!" She knows I love men's fashion and exploring places that have unique options, so when we are in new places, we occasionally check out stores like Bell's to see what is out there. The interior of the store is intricately and thoughtfully organized. It is clear that the owners/employees take great pride in their craft. However, the displays, organization, and great breadth of options were far overshadowed by the wonderful customer service we were shown upon entering. My fiancée and I are a young couple, and we do not have a lot of money, which made a lot of the store's contents out of our financial reach. Even still, Stephen walked right up to us, welcomed us warmly, and asked about our day and what brought us into town. This seemingly small gesture meant all the world to us, as we have been in similar stores and haven't even been acknowledged by the staff simply because we don't look like we would provide much business. We might have left empty handed today, but I will recommend Bell's to anyone who find themselves in the area, and I hope to one day purchase a suit from these lovely people! Thank you so much Stephen for your generous hospitality, it made all the difference!

We had to pay almost $200 for my 3 year olds rental that he had for a wedding. There were pulls in the pants, the vest was too big, the belt didn't fit, and the shirt was tight. Following the wedding we had COVID, I so I didn't return the suit until after quarantine. Instead of a thanks they want to charge me a late fee of $150 for a toddlers suit that didn't even fit.

I stopped in today for the first time and I have to say I am very impressed and glad I came in. I walked in in a basic hoodie with shorts on and I am a relatively young guy but regardless of my appearance I was assisted right away and they took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about buying a suit. When I walked in I explained that I was looking for a suit but I simply didn’t know where to start or what I was even after. I was then taken to the custom section of the store where I was shown exactly what went into a suit and what to look for when buying one. I was shown different styles, color combinations, and the nuances of suits that appear the same but actually have different functions. I am super appreciative of this store and the time they took to help me decide what I was looking for. I haven’t made my purchase yet but I will most certainly be coming back to make it here!

Everybody is friendly and Stephen really knows his stuff. I walked in needing to find a special suit for a wedding and was fitted with exactly what I needed to look professional and settle enough to not steal the show. These guys really know what they're doing! I recommend them to all my friends and family! It truly is rare to find a third generation. Clothier.
