The team at Ballenger’s always comes through for us, and for a reasonable price. At one point, they saved us over $2K by replacing an inexpensive air conditioning switch instead of replacing the whole system like other shops wanted to do. Our a/c is still running great years later.

Jamie worked with my schedule and appt time and did an excellent job of replacing my complete driver's side mirror and fixture. My car was finished quicker than I thought it would be and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back as needed.

2nd Fleet vehicle (2012 Highlander) I have taken to Ballenger's for service. My ole girl is pushing 300K, so it needs a lot of TLC. Ballenger's took it in and did a once over on the vehicle, fixing several issues from brakes, rotors, alignment, and a noise I have been dealing with for 2 years. I had taken the vehicle to several shops before (Toyota and some "big city" shops) only to be told there was no noise and it's a normal sound. I knew it was the wheel bearing. Ballenger's took a look, confirmed it was a wheel bearing and boom! Fixed! No more rubbing or grinding sounds. These guys are the best. Honest, hard working, local folks. 100% satisfied.

So extremely happy, as usual, with Ballenger's! We've never had any issues. Their prices are wonderful! Their work is quality! They don't look for things to fix. We expected our final bill to be more, but it ended up being quite a bit less and we were so happy our AC was fixed so inexpensively! Thank you, Ballenger's for excellent service!

This was my first time using Ballengers. I had heard good things about them and decided to make an appointment as my regular mechanic has been booked. I dropped my car off and they were very friendly and efficient. Within an hour they were calling me as they had already diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I got regular text messages about updates on my car they also did an overall check on my car which was nice. Picking it up was easy again they were very friendly and efficient the price was affordable and I can't wait to use them again

Best mechanic I’ve ever had! Friendly staff, super affordable services, easy to schedule an appointment! They do inspections on a walk in basis which is very convenient. I’ve never had an issue with Ballengers and I highly highly recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have a go-to mechanic yet! Extremely honest professionals who care about the customer
