What great folks. It's become difficult to donate items, even nice items. The staff here was very gracious and nice and was happy to help me unload my truck. Thanks for being awesome.

it's a good thrift store I won't lie, but the floors are coated with wax and when it rains it's such a terrible smell that it gave me a migraine. would not recommend going in the rain but if it's not totally go it's worth it if you can get up the stairs.

An average place in a old building. They give students discounts here. They had lots of magazines and mens clothes here when I visited.

Manager completely and unnecessarily RUDE. Prices are far too expensive. Staff and other sales associates were very friendly and helpful though, but geesh... that manager was horrible.

Bought a suite, offered to buy the clothes hanger and they would not sell it to me. The point was I needed pressed dress slacks now they are no longer pressed because I couldn't hang them. Seems petty to me to refuse selling a single clothes hanger to someone who legitimately needed it. This was an unfortunate experience.

It's Saturday at 4:50PM, they close at 5pm. I get out of the car with my 84 yr old mom on a cane and they offer to open the doors to the ramp to make it easier for her to come into the store. I love this these people!

What kind, helpful people! I plan to take all my good "stuff" to them as I downsize. We went looking for a walker this afternoon (try to avoid Achilles tendon problems) and found a perfect one thanks to their help. They are highly recommended by two 80 somethings! Try them out!

A MUST shop. I have passed this over 100 times in the thirty years in area... and one day I went in. AND WOW! I will be back, everytime I go to Winchester!!!! Great stuff, cozy, great service, great prices!
