Cathy was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She made our shopping experience most pleasant. The only thing I did not like was to find out at the register that all sales are final. So if something catastrophic happens, we will be out 11K. I would have liked to have known that up front before finalizing the purchase.

Brett was great and very knowledgeable about the sofas I was looking to purchase. Didn't overly push the financing or warranty, since I wasn't interested in either of those items.
Only disappointment was for the cost of delivery and setup it should have included removal of old furniture.
