“Our heat went out just before Christmas last year, when the lows were 7 to 10 degrees. The management responded well. They employed a contractor to replace the HVAC system. They also provided enough space heaters to get us through the weekend until it was fixed. Each room was nice and warm. Now that spring has arrived, the AC is performing just great, as well. I love my Peppertree apartment!”
