Would give zero stars if it were an option. I was a walk-in. Asked for a pedicure and brow wax. Was brought back and told to pick polish. I asked for gel. The technician told me “she did not have time to do gel” ok so I grab one of the regular polishes and sit down. She then proceeds to tell me she can do gel… only to NOT rub my feet with lotion, and didn’t even bother to ask about doing my brows. So you clearly made time to do the gel to get more money for the pedicure, but didn’t do an actual full pedicure, nor did my brows. Was in and out in 25 mins. Fastest “pampering” and biggest waste of money. If you don’t have the man power then tell me you don’t have time today, and I will go elsewhere, where my money will be actually be appreciated. I Will NEVER be back. Cut corners with someone else and maybe they’ll give you a tip. I don’t reward rushed, inefficient work.

First nail tech promised a certain style and then she left for another customer while I waited second nail tech stated she couldn't do and did not apologize and acted like it was my fault. I will not return

I did a pedicure for my first visit. Relaxing atmosphere. They did a great job. I am definitely going to use them for my next manicure and fullest.

Couldn't be happier with how Jade did my nails! They turned out amazing and everything is reasonably priced! Very nice relaxing place as well.

Horrible service I got my nails done there plus pedicure not even 2 weeks 3 nails broke pedicure awful he left cutícula growing nail there dirty and awful supposed is gel

Very welcoming atmosphere. The nail techs are professional and friendly. Establishment neat and clean. The Pedicures are amazing. Emily is my fave. I love how she takes her time. Check them out, you won't regret it!

*update the next day 8/3 i have already lost one gem, im going to go in the morning and see of itll get fixed.
I debated to post a review at at all because yes my nails turned out beautifully. But there was much distress.
When I first scheduled my appt the day prior I said I needed tips and I wasn't sure if I wanted dip or gel.. I came in girl was thinking I wanted acrylic and I said no just tips and I showed a gel polish I really liked..
Apparently that girl was one of the few who could do acrylic so she wanted to pass me to another girl there emma....... this is where it turns sour...
who was very upset to get me she kept shaking her head no and she didn't want to do my nails. The other girl sat me with Emma and I said if she doesn't want to do my nails I can leave. She said "no I need customer" ... she was short with me, was very flustered and frustrated which made me upset flustered and frustrated. I showed the nails I wanted 2 inspo pics, communicating with language barriers are always difficult but she was not interested in trying.. she said I couldn't do the gel on my tips.. so I got idea to ombre dip and picked out one that was already done in shop because I was getting overly upset and at that point just wanted to get it over with. She does my nails they turn out beautifully. Then go to pedicure, she does do the gel on my.toes I originally wanted. She does the pedicure scrub rinses my feet and started to put polish on I stop her and say I need my toes cleaned like I get really bad ingrown toenails...
She said I should have told her before hand.. but she didnt clean them at all and i never had to ever ask another nail tech to trim my toes.... so another tech came took over and trimmed my nails got all up in there.. shout to Mrs Jenny/Jinny sorry hunny I didn't know which spelling but you got it, girl, very talented and thorough thank you I felt much better*I did tip her separately for coming over to help*
I would go back just for the pedicure with the other girl.
It was not a calm relaxing experience like I thought I would get. Oh and they don't use the bowl covers so beware if that is something that bothers you.
Overall I got my moneys worth I think. 143 for both. I was charged for the manicure, set, coffin shape was extra, design, and gems. *which after I got home I realized my.left finger had less stones than my right ? they're cute for vaca let's see if they last the needed 3 weeks!

I am not from Winchester, in town on business for the week and needed a pedicure before going down the shore this weekend. Walked in and was friendly greater and they worked to fit me in after a short wait. The pedicure was fantastic. They are very clean and provide a great service at a value!! I highly recommend and will be back when in town! Pro tip-bring cash to tip you cannot tip on your cc.

They always do such a great job and fit our wedding party of 6 people in like it was nothing. Thank you all so much for your hospitality and amazing customer service! Only nail salon in Winchester I come to!

Disappointed! My sister came from out of town to go with me for a pedicure. We had not been to this salon. We didn’t wait long but felt rushed! Did an okay pedicure but have had much better for less money. Charged more than posted ??♀️ won’t be going back or recommending this salon…….Service: Pedicure
