I have been going here since they first opened. Always get a great pedicures. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I walked in and was immediately told with a negative tone to stop standing and sit there. I was ignored for 10 minutes despite being told someone would be right with me. Rude service to a potential new client. 0 stars.

So… I rarely leave bad reviews and it pains me to do so but after a couple of days I’ve decided this experience was so terrible it’s the right thing to do. I can confidently say this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’ve never even had a negative word to say about a nail salon before. Here’s what happened:
After a long day of work I decided I’d do something nice for myself and treat myself with a pedicure. I had called in for an appointment earlier in the day and arrived around 5:30. Upon arrival my nail technician was pretty rude and unwelcoming but stuff like that doesn’t bother me too much. I was not greeted and she had a terrible bad attitude for reasons I can’t figure out. I am almost always kind and courteous so I can assure anyone it wasn’t due to my actions. The next issue was the foot scrub. She scrubbed my feet so hard I was almost squirming out of my seat. The bottom of my feet hurt for DAYS. Then she made me bleed from my cuticles multiple times which has never happened to me before at a nail salon. The massage was quick and truly uncomfortable. Lastly, the pedicure looked terrible, it looks like I had done it myself at home which is saying a lot because I’m horrible at doing my own nails. I understand everyone has bad days but this experience was not okay. When you work hard for your money it’s really disappointing for this to happen.

I went there a couple of weeks ago. While the gel manicure I got looked great and held up well the service was awful! The woman who did my nails was rude, she "swatted" my hand away from the color chart when she thought I was taking too long to choose, she yelled at me when I put my hand in the light machine wrong and when my daughter came in to pick me up she was so rude to her. I will never go back there again.Service: Manicure
