They are hard to get in touch with at times but I've found that they often have to leave the office and go across town as they own two different locations. If you leave a voicemail they tend to call you right back.
Outside of that I've had no issues with this company and have had a unit with them for almost 2 years now

Very happy with this facility. I like that it’s gated. Sometimes I go at dark and it makes me feel safer. The woman in the office is always helpful. I have a storage unit here and rent their Uhaul for moving items to and from my business. I would definitely recommend.
