My daughter took her car in to get inspection. They tried to tell her it needed rotors which is absolutely farthest from the truth! Do not take your car to get inspection or any type of work. They will take advantage of you. Especially if you’re young and don’t know any better. They wanted $650 for rotorsTook it from that shop straight to another inspection station passed with flying colors. So me being her mother asked and questioned the rotor and the inspector said there is nothing absolutely nothing wrong with them. They were trying to take advantage of an 18year old!! Rant over

Worst place you can take your car, they changed my battery for one that didn't work and said they had to do a lot of things to the car, AND THE WORST PLACE IN WINCHESTER.

Unfortunate that the car wash caused damage to my vehicle, and they do not want to pay for the damages. The brush got underneath my roof rack rain guard and ripped it up but they are saying because there was paint chipped it has pre-existing damage and will not be covered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH

I love this place and have been going here for a few years now. In my opinion, they’re the best car wash and detailing place in Winchester. I love their drive through wash and their express interior cleaning option. They’re usually pretty quick and always do a great job. If they happen to miss something (which has only happened twice in the 3 years I’ve been going there), I just let them know and they fix it right away.I recently took the car in to have a full professional detail and I was very pleased with the result. Haven’t seen my car that clean since I bought it 7 years ago! They cleaned the upholstery and the carpets, as well as every nook and crevice. 10/10!

Used to be a great car wash and some good value. Now it's almost impossible to have your vehicle thoroughly cleaned or the inside even washed down. For the price, I expect more. I'll just do it my self. Car wash businesses are blowing up in Winchester. 5 star should be stepping up instead of slowing down.

They inspected my vehicle, failed the first time due to a worn part. That’s understandable. Went back with issue fixed for re-inspection and it failed again for another issue they completely missed the first time. They offered some very expensive solutions, quoted $1000+ for both. Got it fixed at another place for $600. On the bright side, lady at front desk was very nice and helpful

I have had problems with this location in the past reference inspection issues (I'm a former LE officer and know what is required to pass) and vowed I would never go here again. I needed to get my vehicle inspected and time was important......I took it back here. It failed...... for windshield wipers...... and guess what...... the wipers were horrible and they were doing a good job and caught a safety issue. They were pleasant and professional. Much better experience than the last time.

After reading all the great reviews I figured it would be no problem to take my car to get inspected here. Unfortunately they told me 3 things needed to be replaced before it would pass inspection and wanted to charge me an insane amount for things that cost a quarter of the price they were trying to charge. When I took my car to a mechanic that I personally know and trust to get those things fixed he couldn’t believe they were trying to charge that much and told me only 1 out of 3 of those things needed to be replaced and that was a tiny bulb for the license plate. Safe to say that I will never take any car here again and they will try and squeeze every dime out of you if you’re not car savvy enough to know better.Service: General repairs & maintenance
