First time visit - I had to take my cat in for an issue with his eye. Dr. Tavella and the tech were very calming and gentle with Chex, who was shaking because he was so scared. A quick test and diagnosis and we were on our way with eyedrops to be administered at home. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I will be bringing my other pets here.

Dr. Chris DeWitt is awesome in every way! He is gentle, and caring with our cat Benni, and passionate about what he does. Dr. Chris enjoys educating pet owners from everything
to the best foods for their pets to treatment for medical conditions, to tips for pet play/exercise. If he doesn't know something, he will find out for you. Dr. Chris is patient, and always takes his time to listen to any concerns and answer questions. I totally trust Benni in his care, and that is what is most important.
*Dr. Chris is a top notch veterinarian, and I would give him 10 plus stars if I could!*

Front Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Technicians are compassionate and my dog (Fancy) warms to all of them immediately. The veternareians have been so helpful in managing Fancy's pain and are up to date on all new methods. I feel very confident having them care for her.

Both Vets are very friendly. They take extra time with our pets and answer all questions. Despite vaccinations which are sometimes needed, our pets Love these Docs and Even look forward to their visits.

Dr. Ortiz and Hannah - the dynamic duo! My little golden baby has been to this vet a few times now and each time she is so happy, tail wagging, to see Hannah and Dr. Ortiz. As a first time dog mom, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and they both do an amazing job at making sure my pup and I are comfortable. Hannah has a great personality and she is just the sweetest. On our most recent visit, we worked with Morgan and she was just a delight. My pup Navy whines and cries on the table, but as soon as the vet tech and Dr. Ortiz walks in, she is so happy! I hope to continue with this vet office and hope nothing changes!

Good vet, but the staff left me in a room for 40 minutes after the visit for my two cats. I came out twice and was told someone would be with me. I finally had to insist I be allowed to check out, but no big deal. Things happen.
The second visit, however, this rude tech ordered me out of the exam room with my (excitable) dog while my family member spoke with the vet. She then headed me off in the waiting hall while I tried to swing by the front desk and ordered me out the side door! I have never been chased out of a vet office before and never encountered such aggression! They lost a six pet household with this attrocious behavior. There are other vet offices.

We brought our new kitten to Williamsburg Veterinary. They were highly recommended and after our first visit, I couldn’t agree more. Nice staff, super clean and very professional. Five stars.

I wish I could give more stars!! I am pet sitting and one of the fur babies was limping last night & this morning. She's notoriously snarly towards anyone other than her mommy. They were able to fit me in early this morning & fixed her right up. The staff here were absolutely incredible! HIGHLY recommended!!
