I had a necklace that needed the chain on one side reattached. Had gone to another jeweler who wanted $60 to repair it. Stopped in at Williamsburg Jewelers. Tina took the necklace, disappeared in the back for a few minutes and came out with the chain attached and did not charge a dime. That blew me away! Who does that any more? Williamsburg Jewelers, that's who. With inflation eating away at my bank account, I was immensely grateful for this hometown kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A friend recommended Williamsburg Jewelers and I’m so glad that they did. We had specific ideas for a custom design. They worked with us and our budget. They best part was clear, on time information from Alexis. She updated us, got excited with us, and was wonderful!

Ordered a new watch band. To small so Tina ordered me a larger size at no cost and it fits perfect. Tina was very respectful and easy to work with. Will hopefully do business there again.

Walked in for a watch repair and immediately was acknowledged by Noah and explained to him the problem I was having with my watch (missing pin from the wristband). Within minutes the technician (Tina) handed me my fixed watch back!!! Great customer service!!!!

Tina was fantastic. I came in with a watch problem that I had created. She fixed it right away and there was no charge. I do frequent this jewelry store and would highly recommend it to all because of their service and the quality of their work.

Stopped by Williamsburg Jewelers to get a battery for my watch on Memorial weekend. I was greeted warmly by the nicest young man. He helped me with my watch, but also answered questions about some of their jewelry. I was excited to know they do a lot of custom work. The staff was great!

I needed a bracelet fixed. The owner was amazing. I joked telling him got caught on a shopping cart at cvs. I was there to save 20.00 but now spending double to get my bracelet fixed.
He charged me 20.00 less to fix it. Cleaned my engagement ring & other bracelet for me while waited. Now that is customer service!
I am fairly new to Williamsburg. I try to support local small businesses as much as possible. Keep this place in mind! Great people to deal with over there.
