We have a veloster that we discovered the hard way that the mechanical key was never cut from the factory. When the battery died we couldn't get in to the car. Kevin in the service department was able to get the key cut at no charge. Not sure how the key wasn't cut when new but we purchased the car used and it didn't come from this dealership. Excellent customer service!

My wife and I bought a used Hyundai Tucson this evening and could not be any happier with our experience. Larry and Darnell were incredibly accommodating in helping us resolve a few issues we had and gave us a great deal on our car. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to shop at this business.

Not impressed. Called and inquired about an advertised vehicle with Stevie. She said the vehicle was available and she would get it ready. I told her I was an hour away and I was on the way. I arrived at dealership for my appointment only to find out the couple that walked in the door in front of me was there to see the same vehicle. They decided to purchase the vehicle so I drove 2 hours for nothing. Would not recommend!

I’ve purchased six vehicles and I must say the experience with Burt & Darnell at Williamsburg Hyundai was the most pleasant yet! They really worked with us to get us in the car we wanted for the price we could afford!

Found a car that I love and had been looking for online and contacted a very nice salesman over the phone. Informed him of what figures I was aiming for and took my car in to get a trade-in value. I called the dealership at 9 in the morning when they opened and it took till late afternoon for them to quote me a price. Was in the process of getting a loan through my financial institution, was approved and told my salesman what my interest rate was and that my bank would call

Was looking for a new Hyundai for my sister. While the salesperson was ultimately happy to answer the questions I had about the vehicle over the e-mail, my preference, the vehicle was not ready timely, the asking price was far too high compared to other Hyundai dealers up the street (Richmond and Chesapeake, respectively), and I saved a significant amount of money looking outside of Williamsburg. Dealerships around Virginia are offering vehicle sensitization and home delivery due to COVID-19, but not Williamsburg Hyundai. The salesman did follow up with me and let me know the car had sold, so it looks like a win-win--they got too much for their vehicle and I got a better deal and far superior service elsewhere.
