I flew in from Ohio for a very specific truck, they offered to pick me up. Pete was an exceptional salesman, easy to work out the details via email, honest and fair practices from the dealer. It's going to a long time before I need another truck, but I would go back for sure if they had what I was after, it was worth the 600 mile drive home.

I am getting tires and rotors resurfaced. I really liked seeing that it's more than just about servicing and selling cars here. They are doing a really cool bike donation event benefiting the boys and girls clubs of America. Well done!

Me: traveling through Williamsburg, was driving for a few hours when some unusual sounds started around my tire. I didn't want to keep driving without checking it.The first Ford dealer I visited said they couldn't accommodate me, even just to have a mechanic come chat real quick and take a quick peak. I understand, but personally hoped for me.So I was directed to CMA Ford. I called them, they said come in.I arrived and worked with Brandon, who immediately threw it up on the lift, diagnosed the issue and got it resolved in under 15 minutes. It was a minor issue and I was on my way and cost me less than $30.As an army veteran coming up on Veteran's Day, I want to highlight how professional, friendly and helpful they were. If you are a fellow vet, I highly recommend coming here.. their 4.6 average review is well deserved.

When you go to an auto dealership for the first time you hope you will get lucky and find a salesman who is good and not pushy. Well I hit the jackpot before I found a salesman. There was an individual (Gary) putting tags on a vehicle. He approached me and asked if I needed a salesman and he would find one for me. Wow, this dealership is fortunate to have people like Gary. Then I met Brian Guthrie. I hit the jackpot again! Brian is a perfect example of a salesman: friendly, sincere, top notch product knowledge, attentive without being pushy. In short, someone you enjoy spending time with. The entire transaction involved a new vehicle purchase and a trade in. Everything went smoothly and I believe fair to everyone. Everyone I had contact with had a smile and was both friendly and helpful. I am 75 and have bought many vehicles over the years. This was the best experience to date. I highly recommend Brian Guthrie and Williamsburg Ford.

Clean and organized. Stu Young is probably the best car sales person that I have worked with. Quick intro and talk about what we were looking for and he showed us two vehicles that fit the bill. The staff was cordial, informative and easy to work with during our visit. There was no high pressure sales pitch and Dwayne was very personable and answered our questions. We have been a Ford family for over 40 years and due to our recent experience at this dealership will continue that tradition.

I came to this dealership for service after my Lincoln dealer closed. David Llewellyn became my service advisor. Much to my surprise, the treatment of customers at this dealership is much better than any Lincoln dealer I've been to. David always makes sure the needed items are taken care of in as timely a manner as possible. The inspection was free which I never had before. Overall I'm pleased with the service department of this dealership.

I should have known better than to bring my Ford Bronco back. After getting my tire patched, then taking it to a reputable tire place they informed me the patch was “illegal” and could not believe a Ford place would do that. Then I made an appointment with Dave wanting diagnostics and he was so rude, nonchalant and apparently inconvenienced because a message wasn’t relayed to him by a coworker as he was busy when the call was returned. He was looking at me and my husband like we had two heads he was not helpful at all he seemed annoyed at our questions and concerns. After being told diagnostics would be free he tells us “oh well it could be $185 it depends.” No clear answers about costs. Not friendly or happy to help at all. Seemed irritated we wanted to have our family car we use for safe transport of our children looked at possibly for free because God knows that would be a crime apparently. I, feeling desperate to get things fixed to get rid of a brand new car that has given me nothing but trouble since the warranty ran out, left the car to be serviced even after being treated like I didn’t belong. I began to think about the treatment and we turned around and picked the car up because it was obvious they did not want our business. It made me sad some businesses haven’t come far enough. Sad I don’t feel safe getting my car worked on or even looked at without my husband because as soon as someone knows a woman is coming all the sudden it’s ok to use an illegal plug she’ll never know.

Really poor customer service. RUDE Service Advisors act like they are doing you a favor, and service manager who acts like he doesn't need or want your business. I'll be filing a complaint with Ford.

Stu was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions and took time to explain everything as well. We personally like to take our time when looking for a vehicle as it’s a pretty big purchase these days for a family. We know it isn’t always ideal for the salesperson but if we feel too rushed we will walk and go to another place and Stu let us take our time and was patient with us. It was an added bonus that we could laugh and joke along the way! Overall the whole experience there was great and Stu is one of the best we have dealt with when it comes to buying a vehicle!

From start to finish the team there went out of their way to help me buy the right truck for me.Spring (Sales), Steve (sales) & Nick (Finance) all we’re extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. They knew their products well and laid out all the options for me so I could made the right choice for myself.I actually ended up purchasing some extended warranties on my vehicles. It is extremely satisfying knowing that the truck is going to be maintained & cared for by Ford techs who know what they are doing.I would absolutely recommend this dealership to any family or friends who are looking for 5 star service. I called Todd asking about an Expedition on the lot. Todd is ALWAYS super patient and goes above and beyond to ensure the client is happy. This truly was 'car buying made easy'. I love my brand spanking new Expedition. Thanks Todd and everyone who made this shopping experience great.

This place tried to rip me off for 2 wiper blades for my F450 for $34.03 EACH, plus tax! The MSRP is $24.48 each, but many dealers have a $5 discount (per wiper blade), and I even found them online for as low as $17.50 each.I called CMA's Ford and asked how much wiper blades for my truck would be, and the guy told me $68.06 for two. I said that online they were available for as low as $17.50 each, and he said that they would price match if I went in and could show them proof of the online price for the exact same part (KL3Z-17528-AA). When I arrived there today, a female assistant in the parts department told me that some Ford dealers markup their prices beyond the OEM's MSRP. I asked her to price match and she said they could only match their own quoted price, and only IF I could prove that THEY had previously quoted me a lower price. ???I asked if she was ok working for a dealership that charges people 40% above what Ford says the price should be, and she just asked "is there anything else I can help you with today?"If there was a zero star option, I would have selected that. Rip-off.

First car buying experience, and it was incredible at CMA’s Williamsburg Ford. I had been looking for a Bronco for a while, and happened to be on vacation when a near perfect match to what I wanted was posted on their site. Reserved the car using their online platform which was easy and user friendly. Scheduled my test drive with Debbie who is awesome and flexible- our return flight was cancelled which put us home two whole days later, and Debbie was ON IT helping us reschedule. Upon return worked with Dwayne on the purchasing. He is awesome! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and overall fun to talk to and work with. About an hour later we had paperwork signed! We discussed warranties and other options with Spring, who was thorough in her explanation of our options and our next steps on purchasing. The vehicle had yet to go through their service department for inspection and detailing, and our appointment was 9:00am on a Monday. I was notified that the car was ready for pickup the afternoon of Tuesday- the next day! Quick service and overall very friendly people working there. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to do a trade-in and purchase our next vehicle!

I was traveling when my truck developed sudden drivetrain issue and, I happened to be near CMA's Williamsburg Ford. I dropped it off with a note in the overnight drop box and by 8am the next morning they were working on it, replacing the left rear axle. By 11:30 am I had it back. They even sent a shuttle driver to pick me up. This was an outstanding experience for me, a guy from out of town, suddenly stranded. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!
