I just got my Ford Maverick Hybrid XLT. Ordered in June and got it today. Cover and all. Apparently I was in the 3% that would get the full order. Had a great experience with CMA Ford in Williamsburg VA. Stuart Young kept me up to date and let me know asap when it arrived. I highly recommend getting a car from him and the dealership. Love my new truck! 10 Months but worth the wait!!

The Williamsburg Ford team are knowledgeable, extremely fair, honest and through in the supporting all Ford models. This is the second model I have bought at this dealership. I have also bought many other cars / SUVs at other dealerships and seven different states. And I find this dealership team is at a performance / support level that would compare favorably with the best I have ever used in buying our families cars / SUVs. I might also point out that Nick Savalle and Pete Jefferson were both quite helpful and knowledgeable in helping this purchase.

Was on vacation when our car starting have issues. Took it in and figured we’d have to wait a few days to get the car back. Team confirmed they were booked full for two days but they would try and squeeze us in as soon as they could so we could get back to our vacation and then back home. Couple hours later they called and the car was ready to go. Luckily was a simple wiring issue. Team was friendly, understanding, and very prompt.

Got a brand new transmission due to some transmission issue about five months ago. The transmission specialist here overfilled my transmission by three quarts. Never going here again and recommending other people the same. Reply to the owner- there’s no record because I didn’t come back buddy never touched it afterwards, new owner I sold it to said he looked and it was way overfilled and actually fixed what I was still having problems with. Your FORD transmission tech is horrible, accept it.

Everyone was very friendly. Todd was especially helpful, knowledge and personable. He even shared some history of the company and its founders. That made me feel even more like we were dealing with the right business. I’m a huge proponent of companies with people centric philosophies. The vehicle is beautiful and was sold to us at what I think is a fair price. Very good experience overall.

Great experience! Todd is a great salesperson! Patient, no pressure, personable, honest and experienced. Sales manager and finance team were great too. They were very fair and reasonable. All concerns were resolved on the spot. I won't shop vehicles anywhere else.

We had the greatest experience at CMA Williamsburg Ford. Gabe Cahoon from the first text and call continued to follow up with me and sent me videos of the car. His quick response to all my messages and thoroughness is the very reason why I got up at 5am on Saturday to drive 3 hours to Williamsburg to see Gabe. We ended up buying the car and glad we made the trip. I would highly recommend CMA Williamsburg Ford for your next vehicle and be sure to see Gabe Cahoon!
