I called last week and they stated that they do cash savings bonds for non members up to $1000 that I would need two forms of ID and I could walk in without an appointment. When I showed up today the denied my request because I wasn’t a member. Horrible communication.

This is my local branch that I go to and the staff is always friendly and fast! When I have needed help with a notarized document or make change, the staff has been so helpful and very quick! Great branch!
