i found the staff very helpful with some complex business. hours were posted. all went well except that i dropped my wallet going out the door. the staff immediately found me and returned the wallet intact.

A 10 min transaction will turn into a 40 min wait time. Very disappointed how a simple cashiers check can’t be done.

OMG ELENA WAS AMAZING! Not only was she professional and proficient, she was also kind and not condescending. I had a horrible time at another branch but I was able to walk in get my savings bonds cashed and walk out in about 10 minutes. I didn’t want to cash the bonds because of sentimental reasons (left to me by a deceased grandmother) but Elena made the moment easy and without difficulties. This is definitely my new branch.

Have been transferring my account after the death of my mother and they have been extremely helpful the whole time. Richard Gulledge was my banker today and was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. Definitely an asset to the bank.

I went in to open an account, i was told that everyone was booked and no effort was put into telling me how I could make an appointment. Moses told me I could open an account online, which I wanted to , but I had so many questions. When I started asking said questions Moses talked down to me and made me feel as though I was wasting his time , never going to this branch again. Horrible experience and he should never talk to customers this way especially when regarding one's financial future .

I truly hate this bank but I have great respect for the employees. Today I went to get uros for Europe. They always have foreign exchange. Other Banks they don’t give it the same day.The building could use some renovation.The employees keep me as a customer. I know they don’t get a lot of money yet they work like it’s their own entity.

I opened an account online, I needed to bring my ID in. I didn't have an appointment but I was seen by Philip Jones. He was very courteous, he ask all the right questions, he was in no hurry trying to rush off. He answered all my questions and promises to follow up with a phone call for other questions I have. He was wonderful. Thank you Mr Jones. Keep up your awesome personality,great attitude.

Excellent first visit with Moses introducing himself as the manager! Great service from the teller. Second visit was superior and my teller was very welcoming to me to the bank and Williamsburg!
