This is one of the most unwelcoming stores I have been to in years. I felt like I was not even allowed to shop at the store without supervision, I felt like as if I was not allowed be here. I came in the store to get drug testing done and I noticed that they seem to be having a sale so I decided to look around while I waited . I was approached by a staff member and she started looking at me strangely and asked did I need help I said no thank you and she continue to stare at me so I walked further down the aisle didn’t even reach the end of the same aisle just to be approached by another staff member asking do I need help and I told her no thank you I’m ok than she proceeded to tell me oh ok you looked tired so I thought you might have needed my assistance. First off I just woke up so I am far from tired I have received plenty of sleep and it’s is very rude of you to assume that I am base off my clothes or whatever made you form that opinion. I felt insulted. I’m just going to get my labs done and never
go here again.

I really want to give the Pharmacy and Manager of pharmacy a minus 0. There is one and only one employee there, and he is incredibly amazing. That's about it. I was told Friday that my prescription would be ready after 1500 hrs on Saturday. I showed up on Sunday, to be told it won't be ready until after 1500 hrs on Tuesday. I asked to speak to a manager and wanted to escalate this to their DM, because their store manager, Chris doesn't give a damn.

I miss Rite Aid. The prices here are higher, and the"membership benefits" are lousy. They do not accept expired prescriptions for dispisal, even the ones they sold initially.
Their head pharmacist is highly competent and thorough, a hold-over from Rite Aid days. He is the only reason I still use Walgreens

Had it with pharmacist and pharmacy's lately. Then! I called this one regarding a script transfer and spoke to "Erica". She was (is!) amazing! She took the info and within a couple of hours I get an email stating that my script is READY! She did it professionally and quickly as I needed this filled TODAY! Thanks Erica. Also the staff at pickup was right on it!
I see some of the low ratings and just don't get them.

This Walgreens is amazing. I have no idea why the ratings are so low here. I'm always greeted with a pleasant hello from the cashier. The pharmacy is fast and friendly. My doctor submitted an order and it was filled within two hours. They do a great job. I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy, use LabCorp and have had good experiences there too

My family came to Williamsburg for vacation and on the last day my husband lost his phone and a very important medication that he has to have . I called and spoke to Erica the Pharmacist at this Walgreens and asked her to retrieve his script from our mail order pharmacy ( which it’s very hard to get a hold of someone ) and she was so helpful and understanding. I informed her that we had a 7 hour trip back home that day and I couldn’t leave without getting his medication as he was already feeling bad. She immediately got on the phone and retrieved his prescription in a timely manner and got it ready. I am very appreciative and impressed by the service at this store as I know retail pharmacy can be difficult. Thank you so much again ! This is the definition of true healthcare and taking care of your patients!

The staff there are super rude. I was trying to use my rewards and they refused to split the purchase to use them saying "one they start a transaction they can't cancel it" which I know it a lie. They are just lazy. Then they tried to mansplain the reward system to me and treated me like I was stupid. Altogether very crass and unprofessional.

Picked up a prescription for my dad today. Ended up with the wrong thing. He went to go return it and the pharmacist tried to tell him it was illegal to do so. I don’t know about everywhere else but according to the code of Virginia, prescriptions can be returned. My father did end up getting the refund, which begs the question, if it’s so illegal to return prescriptions how is there a process to do so? Does your pharmacist need to be retrained? Or was he lying to my father’s face?

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait over an hour for any sort of service, whether that’s getting a shot or picking up a prescription. The pharmacist also has absolutely no customer service knowledge and is incredibly rude. I called to get an issue resolved, asked a simple question, and was immediately dismissed and sassed by the pharmacist.

Worse than the BMV. Unforgivably understaffed morning, noon and night, easy to spend half an hour picking up beds. Has failed to correct a problem going on for YEARS with their system sending prescriptions to other branches out of state. I HATE going here.

Very long wait times and poor customer service. I understand that staffing is currently an issue in pharmacies universally, however, there is no excuse for poor customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Whatever you do, do not try to print photos there. Staff was no help. Wasted 15 minutes. Go to CVS just down the street and be done in 2 minutes flat.
