I'm old. Transferring data to new phone is overwhelming. Took it to Kurtis at the quarterpath store. He was incredibly patient and kind as well as knowledgeable. What a difference it was in customer service than the other Verizon stores. That man needs a big raise he deserves it!

The person was there, looks like he was in a bad moon , hi charge 50 dollars to set up my new phone, also he refused to drop off my phone in he’s store he told me to mail the phone or look for another place.
I had to show him that I had received an email from Verizon which sent me the address of his store to drop off my cell phone, I was a little embarrassed by his attitude, so get the cellphone looking at me so dad .

They were able to replace my lost iPhone with a brand new one on the spot with quick and professional service.
The other Verizon stores told me that it had to be done online with no luck.
Highly recommend these guys, they work for the customers ?

Horrible customer service. Just spoke to an agent over the phone and he was rude, impatient and disrespectful. I’ll rather drive to the store by old towne rd than having to deal with this people.

Filed a complaint with Verizon wireless on this business today. Sent my mother in to get help to set up a replacement phone and the lady ended up telling her that our account has someone else's name and address instead of ours. This is in fact a lie and a huge concern because they gave her someone else's name and address on the paperwork. Not only is this is a breach in private information but this store is AFILIATED with Verizon and NOT a Verizon store. My information with Verizon is correct and has always been. I am not sure where they are getting a random persons name and address from but Verizon reassured me the business is wrong. This store also claims they cannot update customer information. Why on Earth would this associate not look into this further before telling my mother "we have been hacked". This is a very bold statement to tell someone and just blow her out the door stating our information cannot be updated or fixed.Completely inappropriate to release someone's name and address to the wrong person. I have been with Verizon 20 years and never have I been told this persons name or information. This so called person lives in another part of the country and has a different name. This associate is clearly not trained to look up account information correctly. I hope the business follows up on this immediately

Marquis and Xavier provided excellent service! They thoroughly explained the services, charges and options available to me. As a customer of over 20 years, this is one of the few times I enjoyed the interaction with your personnel!

Poor customer service. I was treated and talked down to like I was an absolute idiot. I am a professional, living and working in Williamsburg. From the moment I walked in, a Mr. Lee rolled his eyes and begrudgingly asked why I was there. ? He was no help at all assisting with my phone, which by the way was purchased in this store. The store wasn't even busy. I'm going to start going elsewhere. Not worth the bad attitude and being treated like I'm a dumb female. Really disappointing since I have given this store so much of my business.

I do not know who the white man is since I rarely see him but I found him rude. I asked for help with my service and he basically ignored helping me and just trying to get me a new phone. I bought a phone last year from them! He would not help my problem and kept at the phone even though I have a new one and he was saying I have to give my phone in and get no discount on the new phone?? My family/friends and I find this store the best one in Williamsburg but now its just TRASH! They give NO CARE about you!

I was struggling with customer service over the phone and desperate to get my phone working after a miscommunication with Verizon. I went in and was greeted by Alysa(I think, sorry!) And she really went above and beyond to get me back in service. I have usually avoided Verizon stores but will return! Thank you so much.

Jessica solves what's Experts at best buye Geek Squad and larger verizon on stores couldn't solve even when they called a group of their associates for help. Very polite, efficient and a gets more hold stars than you provide
