Their service was EXCELLENT!! Upgraded our phones. Walked us thru setup and the whole 9 yards. Told us about all the special pro-mo's that we were entitled to. Including interest free for a number of months. ???

Terrible Service. Went to get help for broken Verizon phone, was told the wait would be around 20-30 minutes. We then spent the next 45 minutes watching employees talk amongst them selves. When tired of waiting I went to talk to the employee who took my name down to wait and he was on a personal phone call and completely ignored me trying to get his attention.

Got a new phone and number, for some odd reason the number was linked to another person. No one can help get this phone unlocked after I paid it off. Like it's not their problem. Good bye Verizon.

Buyer beware. It is a fleecing operation. High pressure sales . Found out later I was being billed for services I did not know I had signed up for. Cloud and insurance. Untruthful about getting on another family members plan. It has taken many hours on the phone to get this straightened out with Verizon. I would not recommend this this store or Verizon Zone to anyone

Horrible attitude from second I walked in. Acted unprofessional and very "upset" with doing their jobs. It was enough to make me walk out. I'll find a more professional store or company.

Had the best experience here!! On vacation and my phone broke. Lindsey and Benjamin were sooo helpful. They even told me about all the cool places in Williamsburg while I was waiting. I usually dread going to the verizon store but they were so fun to talk to I hardly wanted to leave . 10/10 would highly recommend.

Today I saw a phone on Amazon I would really like to have. I filled out all the forms to purchase. When I got to the chek out site that was were ran into problems. I won't go into detail, I will just say the ordering was not user friendly and the personal I dealt with was to say the least unprofessional and I spent too much time on on the phone. I got frustrated being tranfred from person to person and none could help. I gave up and closed the sale. My Wife said why don't you just call 611, Verizon? I explained to her I had started there and they always said make a appointment. I decided to call anyway. I waited for approx 6 min and a expert was on the line. Her name was Anna. Ana was great she listened to my previous problems and said she would be happy to help me if I would give her the chance and apologized for my past experiences. It took her 30 minutes to look over the promotion she had for the same phone. Not only was she knowledgeable about the product, but she saved me a great deal of time and money before it was over. She offered me twice as much for my trade on my new phone, she waved the update fee and activation fee since I had been a long time customer. She also found me a coupon for $100 more off. I paid half the price as other online chat sites would give me. This girl, I believed went beyond the normal service I expected. She did not waste my time transferring me around. She secured the sale and the other two sites list out. I would love to work withbothers that cared for their customers as Anna did. The phone is first available Jan 29th so I can not attach a picture. Thanks Anna for your great service, for you made my day.

I visited the Windsor Meade location this morning to buy a new phone. I was helped by a 20 something year old female with long blonde hair (she did not introduce herself to me) who was very impatient with me when explaining the differences in the phones. After selecting one she took me to pick out my accessories and insurance. When I said I didn't want any accessories or insurance her attitude became rude! I later found out they make a commission on accessories. We have bought many phones there in the past but I don't think we will be going back.

Last month, I visited the Verizon Wireless Store located in the Windsor Meade Shopping Center and received great customer service from Lori, one of the solution specialists. I was trying to determine how to resolve my elderly mother's telephone (landline) issues given her health problems and Lori spent at least 30 minutes with me suggesting various options. I found Lori to be very knowledgable regarding Verizon's product line and able to communicate clearly how the technology of each product would enhance my mother's long distance telephone experience.

Terrible store. I have left disappointed, frustrated, and angry each time I go in. I have always had a 30+ minute wait. There is rarely more than two staff members on the floor at a time. I even looked around and there were 10 people waiting and only one employee working while everyone was in the back. I was once skipped in line after waiting 35 minutes, then was told I'd have the next available person, which wasn't true..kept getting skipped over. I have ended up leaving dissatisfied many times. I finally learned that I need a new Verizon store. I highly recommend finding another Verizon in the area and save yourself from this one.

ABSOLUTELY disappointed in the service we received at this store; not Verizon itself, just this store. We are military and switched two lines over from another carrier in order to take advantage of $400 in promotions. The gentlemen took my military I.D., updated something in my account setup, and told us to expect the prepaid mastercards in the mail in about 8 weeks. I'm kicking myself now because I trusted him, and now we're not getting the rebates. Apparently, I was supposed to input some promo code (which he didn't give to me) on Verizon's online rebate center. Also, we purchased two accessory packages (one for each phone) which consisted of a screen protector, case, and charging device. They were out of the higher quality screen protectors at the time, so they put the cheaper ones on our phones with the promise of swapping them for us when the quality ones came in. They didn't call us when they were in stock THREE times. I know this because each time we called to check on them, we were told they just sold out of them AGAIN. After being yelled at, another employee agreed to call when the next shipment came in. And he did...finally...2 months after we bought the phones. When I went into the store to pick up the screen protectors, he was going to charge me full price for them because we were "out of the 14-day exchange window." No kidding! It took you two months to call us! So, when all was said and done, we lost just over $500 in promotional rebates. If you must go to this store (and I never will agin), I strongly urge you to verify EVERYTHING they tell you. Don't be naive like I was.

We visited this Verizon store on in the late afternoon of Friday and were utterly disappointed in multiple aspects of the store. We waited over an hour to speak with a store representative about our questions despite the fact that multiple store employees were standing together and talking to each other that whole time. When we were finally helped, the associate misquoted prices multiple times and informed us that many advertised sales were in fact unavailable to us. We left no more satisfied than we entered having lost an hour of our lives. The only shining star in this constellation of apathy is Chance, who helped us a few days later when we came back. Chance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he was evidently interested in helping us solve our problems, not getting a sale and moving to the next customer. To whoever owns/manages this establishment: hire more people like Chance and give him a promotion.

believe in the stars. Terrible management, and customer service. "Door greeting" female left a bad first impression - when we first got there we asked for her to help us check if the phone we wanted was in stock. (previously went to 2 stores who were out of stock) She was on her phone and said "yeah I don't think I'm going to be able to step away from the door" .... there was no one coming or newly parked clearly seen through the glass windows. It took her 20 seconds to open the drawer and tell us yes they had it and then went back to standing around. SO many people waiting for help. Staff lackadaisical and just chatting. Needless to say we left to find another store. Could be a very profitable store if managed better

Angel is a very rude manager and I am not sure how he is in charge of people. He allowed another customer to be served ahead of me, which is total disrespect for protocol and customer service! He was rude in his exchange of communication and cut me off the majority of my conversation! I highly recommend not engaging Angel and hopefully, upper management replace Angel with another store!
