“My grandkids and I had a great time at the Williamsburg location. We were able to get a free game and rentals for the kids because of the Kidfest special.. even reduced rates on rentals for me and discounts on food items! All the ladies at the counter were especially friendly, patient and very helpful. Wendy (rocked our pizza!) and Ashley were the most awesome!! …they made the whole experience even more enjoyable because they were genuinely interested in making sure we had fun. We look forward to our next visit!”

720 Lightfoot Rd, Williamsburg“Several years ago I rated this hotel at 5 stars. I have stayed here quite a lot - certainly over 100 times. When I left my last review, the management staff was completely different; perhaps the ownership is different now too. And by different, I mean it's not what it once was. The staff seems overall a bit disengaged. I know it's a job, but the job is hospitality. As with most things in the past 2-3 years, the prices have dramatically increased, however, the hotel isn't as good as it was. You may or may not have hot water (sometimes warm is all it is even after 10 or so minutes) and some upgrading is due. Also in the past couple of years vehicles in the parking lot had their windows smashed out by thieves. Just early this morning in fact (June 30) Luckily mine wasn't one of them. Now, I understand that the hotel owners and staff can't do anything about this directly, but for what the current rates at this hotel are, a night time guard could be hired to patrol the parking lot. I'm not saying I'll never stay here again, big at least for now, and sadly, I think I'll be staying at a different hotel if possible.”
“Very clean place. I found very few issues with the establishment during our stay. Most of what we didn't like involved a bunch of kids on some kind of band trip. They were running around making noise, being disgusting at breakfast so we skipped breakfast after the first day.Our AC didn't work well and that problem became compounded when the housekeepers came in because they would turn off the unit while we were out for the day. So we struggled to keep cool. The grate and door on the AC also were broken and some stuff was scuffed up from previous guests, but other than that the hotel was in great shape.I loved the soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The beds were soft and rather comfortable. The location is good for shopping and exploring Williamsburg. It's also good for being close to Busch Gardens.Overall I would recommend this place, let's just hope that if and when you book there isn't 3 bus loads of Middle School children running around like they don't have a chaperone. Making it impossible to rest or enjoy the amenities.ALSO BE PREPARED FOR RIDICULOUSLY LOUD TRAINS COMING BY CONSTANTLY!!!! IT CAN GET REALLY ANNOYING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!”
“We came to town for High School graduation. This B&B is located across the street from the College of William and Mary. Very nice location. Easy straight half mile walk to the walking zones in Williamsburg. We stayed in Mary Washington’s room. The bed slept well. I am old enough my joints and back can ache.. this bed had no pressure points that impacted me. Wife and I both slept soundly two nights. The parlor had current newspapers and magazines, cards and board games. We found the fridge and coffee machine in the breakfast area. Which was great. Breakfast was presented above norms and tasted great. If you don’t like their dish of the morning, I know they’ll try to find an alternative .. didn’t explore other alternatives. (My wife wanted oatmeal and they made it fancy) Alex was an excellent host. I did connect to the WiFi and it worked great.
Quiche on Sunday was great.
Rooms: Comfortable beds. We slept soundly with our tossing and turning. Full bath in all rooms. Wi-Fi is available.
