The people who work here are so kind and sweet. I have no idea where these negative comments are coming from, but the staff at this post office is wonderful. I go in almost daily for my business and I ALWAYS have a smile on my face when I leave.

Why does the US postal service still exist? I use them for nothing because in Williamsburg they are worthless. But when I order something and it is shipped via UPS smartpost which uses USPS for the local delivery I know that my package will be either lost or delivered days late and damaged. What do these morons do in this branch that it is consistently so bad? This week my package was transferred to the USPS in Newport News. Then it went to Williamsburg. Is it out for delivery now? Nope, they sat on it and then sent it to Richmond. What is wrong with you people? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

The employee who helped me was good, but his coworkers could be more considerate. As I left, his neighbor loudly and audibly complained that “some people just take up too much time” which seemed pointedly directed at me, since my transaction took a bit. Unfortunate and bad attitude to have towards customers.

We came to get our Passports. It was the smoothest transaction we’ve ever had involving the post office. Now, fingers crossed we get our passports and supporting documents back on schedule. Tim made the process smooth and painless!!
