I was visiting the Richmond/Norfolk area on vacation from Austin, TX. The reason was for the major amusement parks in the area. I had bought a lot of souvenirs from the parks that would not fit in my suitcase for the return trip. I was very nervous about shipping all my souvenirs back home because they held a lot of personal value to me. The representative in the UPS Store helped me with exactly what I needed. Sadly I do not remember his name but he was very accomodating. I brought all my souvenirs in a huge mess of a pile but they organized it all & packaged it perfectly. Everything in my package arrived safely & in a timely manner. They packaged it better than I believe I would have, which is great because it seems as if they cared about what was in my package as much as I did. I will definitely be using UPS to ship my packages going forward in the future.

I witnessed the employees screaming at another customer. I will never come back to this location. It was horrifying.

I mainly visit for Amazon returns, and the process is always quick and easy. The staff has consistently been friendly and efficient, and I’m usually in and out in no time. My only complaint is the parking lot, it can be a bit frustrating, but overall, the location is convenient and reliable.

I think they are pretty responsive to the wide swings in numbers of customers throughout the day. They try to not keep people waiting too long.

Please be kind and patient to these sales associates when returning Amazon packages because they ARE ONLY THE MIDDLE MAN for Amazon as I learned today. So this was the first time I had to go to a UPS Store to return an Amazon item. Fortunately, I arrived when they opened so they hadn't been inundated with customers yet. Crystal took my item, and gave me my receipt, and thanked me. I started to ask her questions, and she kindly answered them to the best of her knowledge. Meaning that she can only tell you what she knows. Basically, UPS will fill up a box of Amazon packages and when it is filled up, it is shipped to a warehouse, and from there it is sorted to the proper facility. They CANNOT TELL YOU when your package will arrive at Amazon because they DON'T KNOW. I understand now, and hopefully this information will help others understand as well. Thank you Crystal, and Elise (store manager).
