I just went to this UPS to want return Nike shoes (Nike sent the wrong ones). However, two ladies behind me barged in on me very rudely. Later, the waitress very kindly told me to go to another UPS because this UPS did not accept Nike packages. So I still gave her 4 stars.Thank you.

I’m so very fortunate that when I needed to send something out, I went to the UPS store in spoke to the manager sheilaShe went far above and beyond, and actually save me over $200 when I was sending a packageI can highly recommend the UPS store on Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg
