Tommy Hilfiger is a really nice store! They have a ton of great clothes and super friendly staff! The only slight issue is how expensive everything they sell is. There is a lot of discounts and sales, but most items in the store are more than your average clothes. Another thing is there was no music playing in the store. It was oddly quiet. Pretty good place to shop for clothes!

The worst customer service. Went in today and talked about trying clothes on right in front of a female employee .. then went up to her and asked about trying it on and she goes “fitting rooms are closed” no smile nothing ... she didn’t ask to help and basically acted like I was bothering her to ask for assistance. Then we walked to the front and two more female employees were just standing around.. we told them we were gonna buy clothes but couldn’t try them on.. they couldn’t care less and were like “ yeah sorry”. Never had anyone ask me If I needed help or anything. The one who heard my whole conversation and didn’t even think to tell me fitting rooms were closed and then acted like I was ruining her day by speaking to her was by far the rudest of all of them. All three were rude.

This is the only store that has the dressing rooms closed. No signage on the front door stating this. Huge waste of time!!!!

It is always nice to stop by and find great deals for wardrobe basics. Not looking for specific clothes but basics are always good. Promotions may vary.

I giving a 1 bc when I walked in the employees didn't greet me when I came in. None of em and the store was empty. No one asked did I need help or anything. This why ion typically do Tommy its like this every time
