“I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service that this location provides. I ordered 4 new tires and 4 new wheels and brought my car in for my appointment. About 30 min later Mitchell called me to explain that the wheels had not arrived to the store so they would not be able to do the install. Mitchell mentioned he had heard me explain that I would need my car for its annual inspection the next morning. He recommended that they go ahead and install the new tires so i could have the car and could re-schedule for the wheels install.
It may not be important to some but the fact he remembered that and found a way to allow me to have the car with at least the new tires meant a great deal to me. THAT my friends is excellent customer service at a place that stays busy! Good work Mitchell and team!”
“Slight accident with a curb that came outta nowhere. Had to get a tire replaced. Went here. Rodney gave us several options for new and used tires. Ended up buying 4 new tires as the tread on ours was uneven. Said we'd be in and out in 40 minutes. Clocked em at 41.5. car rides like new. If you're in Williamsburg from outta town and have a tire issue, DO NOT go to the chain tire places. Go here first.”

“Took my 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 in today for some 70k maintenance this morning. Had transmission fluid flushed, engine oil treatment, serpentine belt/pulley replaced, and brakes looked at that were squealing. Honestly, for all the work done, it only took them 4 hours to do that would have been quicker, but they were 2 quarts short on transmission fluid. They offered shuttle service back home and pickup at no charge to me. So glad I called and had all of this maintenance done, super friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend Trey at service counter and Charles was my technician. It's like I have a brand new truck again!!!!”
