Tidewater Equine Clinic recently helped me get a rush coggins test done so that I could still pick my new horse up on time after discovering the previous one had recently expired. The whole staff was extremely helpful in getting everything set up last minute over the phone. Even though I am not local or a routine client, they were still able to fit my horse in for a same-day appointment to get the sample taken. They were extremely responsive and even helped to pester the lab to ensure I received the official test results in time! Without their flexibility, I may have had to delay my hauling plans and wouldn’t have gotten my sweet girl to me on time. I would absolutely work with them again if I were in the area!

The communication is so far terrible. We have been waiting for the vet to come by since Monday. Then they said Tuesday at noon and now they changed it to 1300 It's 1400 (2pm) and still the vet is not here. We haven't even receive a courtesy call to let us know if the vet is running late or not.
