The Three Cabanas is a fun store run by very friendly folks. They are a Lilly Pulitzer Premier Specialty Shop and also have several other styles. My wife and granddaughter have bought items here on our last two visits and have been thrilled. It’s a can’t miss shop for us whenever we are in the Colonial Williamsburg area. A great experience.

Visited while on vacation. They are currently sharing space with the shoe attic. Unfortunately I was not greeted during my visit or asked if I needed help. There were only 1 or 2 other customers in the shop with me therefore they were not busy. I tried on a few things but decided not to purchase anything since they were not welcoming or friendly.

I am a local here in Williamsburg and have seen many businesses come and go in Colonial Williamsburg. For the past 18 years I have struggled to find gifts for my wife and three daughters and it seems that there are not enough places within the core of the city to shop. I was so glad to find out that the owner of Three Sisters took ownership of the Lilly Pulitzer store which is now Three Cabanas. I was totally blind as to what to purchase for my daughters and wife for the holidays but the extremely friendly staff at the new store walked me through the process and it was a total success. It is so nice to have locally owned businesses within the city as there’s no comparison as to customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the new store as it is so bright and inviting. Thumbs up to local businesses in the area. I know it is so hard to compete with national chains.

Three cabanas has expanded my interests and I have found beautiful gifts and jewelry as well as cute and trendy clothing pieces that can be worn to work or on a night out ! The customer service here is impeccable and you will find no other like it in the entire Hampton roads area ! The way the store is set up is so lovely and is a great find for the newest lily pulitzers pieces and many other brands as well! This is a must do on your travel list for visiting williamsburg, va !

Received a sweater from here as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, unworn and with all the tags, they wouldn’t exchange it. Their policy was all Christmas gifts needed to be returned by January 7th. Today is the 11th. The sales person told me I could roll up the sleeves, which came down passed my fingertips. Be careful making a purchase here. Be sure it fits!

The helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere at Three Cabanas make it easy to keep coming back. Whenever I need retail therapy, I always head straight to Three Cabanas. The workers are constantly filling the store with positive energy. Definitely will continue to visit.

I have been shopping at this store since it was Pink Cabana way back in the day and I must say this store is absolutely the best it’s ever been. The employees are so well versed in their knowledge on the products to just being so positive all around when you come into the store it makes the experience so nice. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a local boutique to support. 10/10 store, 10/10 employees, and 10/10 experience.
