Dave the butcher is just like the ones I remember in Brooklyn! He's helpful, goes beyond expectations and is always friendly. He makes great recommendations to try new things and I look to be served by him at every visit to the store.

I use to really look forward to the Pizza special On Thursdays until they either changed the vendor who produces them or altered the recipe. It’s tasteless and a shame that in order to keep the price at $6.00 they have diminished the quality.

3 stars because it's a peaceful, aesthetic, and pleasant shopping experience, but the prices don't really make sense for what they're selling. Even other high end grocery stores like whole foods aren't charging over 4 dollars for 8 cans of soda haha that's a little silly. I walked out with 2 bags of groceries for just $75! (Would've been $20 or less elsewhere, easily)

I've been a FM fanatic for many years and in different cities. It's sad that the Wmsbg location is less than awesome. The employees clearly aren't thrilled to be at work or talk to customers. The shelves aren't restocked regularly, freezers have been broken for weeks now. Odd policies, too, about when certain fresh foods are remade (I e. Bread isn't made again after first thing in the morning, so most of the baskets are usually empty with the store being open for 5 or 6 more hours, yet the prepped foods in the deli are full to the brim). Ovens are being hosed and scrubbed at 4:30. The whole store just feels off. If employees are so unhappy, that's a management issue - check out the atmosphere at Trader Joes. Very different.

The store carries good products BUT they just shut customers down when they have a complaint. Most recently, I tried to order delivery. The website would not let me complete the order. I did all the usual things - restarted computer, tried different browsers. I called, the guy on the phone told me to do all the things I had already done and REFUSED to listen to me. I deleted all the items from my basket and ordered delivery from Harris Teeter.

The Williamsburg location is well managed, always clean and generally well stocked. Employees are friendly and good quality products.

I'm not sure who the Hiring Manager is, but the bad attitudes and lack of professionalism has completely consumed this location. Many of my friends have said the same, and I have experienced for myself now. I will not be spending my money here moving forward!!
