Recently I went to this Supercuts because I was in the area and needed a haircut. I always go to my Supercuts in my hometown of Naples Florida and that I would get a similar job done in this location. However, I ran into a butcher with a pair of scissors! My hair cut was truly awful. This stylist should not be giving anyone a haircut. Every morning I get up and gasp every time that I look into mirror. I could go on but I think you get the message. Beware!

They are always welcoming as soon as you walk in the door.
Stylist: Denise cut my hair She did exactly what I wanted and I love the results. She is very talented and a very good stylist.

I have never seen anything like this, I made an appointment for first thing in the morning, nobody showed up. After a 45 minute wait I left. The hours on the door said they should be open, the system let me make an appointment.

I brought a friend to get her hair styled. WOW! This salon is fantastic. I have never ever been so impressed. I’m not kidding. The stylists were the same with everyone who came in - friendly, attentive, professional & eager to please. My husband and I will be returning soon AND we will be handing out cards to our friends?
Stylist: My friend’s stylist was Gleeta. We were there for 2 hrs & observed Zahra & Keshawna. I would choose any of them & my husband feels the same, We observed both male & female clients.

My husband and I took a friend to this shop today. Wow! We thought we were in a high end spa. Her haircut was exquisite. While waiting for our friend we observed two other stylists interacting with other customers. We were so impressed that we left with hands full of cards from all three stylists. Their names are Gleeta, Zahra, and Keshawna. Gleeta styled our friend's hair. If you've been looking for THE salon around the Lightfoot area, your search is over.

Bad experience… no matter what you say, they just don’t want to follow your needs. I requested a top flat cut… came back with a ballon cut… I could do it myself! No neck protection to avoid hairs falling in your shirt! Shampoo after cut: the hairdresser asked me if I would like to dry blow the hairs after that I asked for a towel to dry them… I left very disappointed… hopefully my hairs are growing fast and I will be able to go back to my previous place to fix that!

I just wanna say this was hands down one of the best hair cut experience I’ve ever had. I believe the girl that I had was named Zara. She was so sweet we had a wonderful conversation during the cut.

I showed her how much to cut and she said "ok, so just below the shoulder". My hair doesn't even touch my shoulder. Well one side almost does because one side is way longer than the other. Epic fail.

Staff was super nice and did a good trim on my hair. I also got bangs cut and didn’t have a specific preference but after they were exactly what I was looking for.

I took my 87 year old mother in the Mooretown road location. It is very difficult to get her out as she has mobility issues. She wanted a simple trim. The stylist soaked her shirt while shampooing it, it was so wet she had to remove it and her hair is cut uneven in the back and on the right side. I pointed the back out to the stylist while I was there and she literally said nothing. When I asked her again if she could even it out she said if I do it will be too short? My mother’s hair looked worse coming out than when she went in! I contacted the company because when I called and asked to speak to a manager they told me that there was not one available and all they could do was have me bring my mother back. Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude!! The stylist that cut my mom’s hair appeared to be sedated in some way and had issues communicating. I am trying to get a refund for this terrible service! It also took the stylist an hour and a half to do a very basic trim, thus making me late for work. This used to be an amazing salon. Such a shame to see what has happened!!
