Pumps that don’t have a pay at the pump feature and instead rely on some bum to pump it should be illegal. People won’t have time to sit around while a guy has a conversation with someone at the pump when they should be filling up the persons car.

Poor service .Take my car for inspection and don't pass So I fix it and come back twice and they didn't have time to put the inspection. Have to find another place to get the inspection

I brought my car here for a state inspection with a recommendation from my parents (who have had very good luck here). I was a bit shocked at the location and the old, inoperable cars in the lot. My girlfriend got gas as we were dropping the car off and it was 20-30 cents more than the wawa next door and only offered full service, which seems strange in 2017. I picked the car up and the bill was $55. They replaced 5 light bulbs without contacting me first. That is certainly a frustration, as anyone would want a contact in that situation before any parts or labor is charged. The charges weren't that bad and I could have looked past all of this, but later that day I went in my trunk and my taillight fell off. They had completely left the nuts off and not actually secured the light to the car. Luckily I put it back on before the next rain (later that day). So, I got overcharged for gas, charged without asking for labor and parts, and almost a really messed up situation because very simple work wasn't done correctly.
I just went back 7 years later to fill my tire with air. The air hose appeared to be plugged up to something else, so I was asking the employee what was going on. He was rude and condescending and short. I left and went across the street to Henry’s Tire. They were much nicer and more accommodating. I’ll never return to this station.

I mainly take my car here for parts replacement as they have a good, local reputation. This time it was my water pump that had worn out bearings which unfortunately, caused damage to the serpentine belt that I had just replaced only 3 weeks ago. No sales pitch, no deceptions that I can detect and they call me when they figure out what's wrong. During the phone call they also give me an estimate which doesn't change for the worse when I pay for the work done. I appreciate that 100%.

Great local gas station. I have used them for my vehicle inspections are repairs since I moved to VA. Mechanics are honest and knowledgeable.

Have gone there numerous times over the years and always felt comfortable and confident in the service they provided me. Idk about my recent visit last week. Inspection and brake work...brakes feel no different. Only thing different is my wallet - it's a couple hundred dollars lighter. Nothing worse than not being confident in service you pay earned money for.
