The store is clean, easy to find, and has good parking. Many customers adore the store and recommend it very highly as a great place to shop for families. The staff is mostly friendly, kind, and helpful. However, an occasional encounter with an older employee at the cash register has been noted for an unpleasant, condescending, or rude demeanor, which some find unnecessarily embarrassing. The consigning operations occur next door, a fact not always clear to all customers. While the products are very nice and the prices are good, some find the signs for sales confusing with different discounts for clothing versus equipment.
