This is my new favorite local business. These guys go above and beyond for us, . . My wife and I are guilty of forgetting to bring our bins out every now and then and they consistently help us out! Prices are fair too. Family owned. We won't use anyone else, they got our business!Special shout-out to the employees there y'all are awesome!

Yesterday (Labor Day), I forgot to put my can out. Suburban employees went out of their way to come up my driveway and grab my trash! Above and beyond! We are new customers and except for a hiccup the first week getting started, I have been very pleased with their service.

oh my gosh they are so nice, my son in law forgot to put the cans out one day and the guy came over to help my pregnant daughter get the cans, he also never complains considering we have 3 kids two in diapers and lots of trash. i just want to say thank youService: Trash removal & disposal

Better services than the near monopoly which is WM. Local business and family owned. They offer customized options; for example retrieving the trash bins closer to the house instead of having to put bins at the curb. Have helped many people in the community for decades now. My uncle was hospitalized for over a month with a pregnant wife and 2 young children at home. They donated their services during that time, which was extremely kind and helpful.Services: Yard debris removal

Update!!!This shady company has gotten even worse! After terminating service a month ago, their driver says he was trespassing on my property and got bit by my dog. They are completely dishonest, unreliable, and have been VIOLENT towards our livestock guardian dogs.I will definitely be reporting this company. I’m the meantime, let me save you the hassle of dealing with horrible human beings: RUN DONT WALK from this company!This company would skip days and then call me a liar when I’d call to remind them. They are terrified of all dogs, no matter how calm and literally hit my dogs with the trash cans in a clear case of abuse. We agreed to lock out livestock guardian dogs up half a day on Tuesday since they were unbelievable and unreasonably scared. They still wouldn’t stick to a schedule and would show up ranting and cursing even at my small children because the dogs were on property at a time he wasn’t even supposed to be on proberty. He used profanity and quit mid job and made his poor elderly cousin woman come finish emptying his bin. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!Services: House & garage cleanouts

Have used Suburban since 1970. What wonderful people. They really take care of their customers and are so very responsive. Come to your door and always leave the area clean. Thankful for them!

They have been picking up our garbage for almost 14 years now. Very reasonably priced. Bernard will also pick up the occasional mattress or old bathroom appliance for a few extra bucks. Try that with a bigger company! They are a smaller family-owned business and if their truck ever breaks down (rarely happens) they come the next day. So highly recommended!

I would give the company a zero but it's not an option. We had signed up for this company only because the previous home owners had used this business. We had several occasions where our trash was not picked up on the scheduled days or even the day after. For example, Thanksgiving day falls on the pick up date so they were scheduled to pick up trash on Friday instead. They never showed up. I called on Monday and she said they would be there that day. They never came until the next scheduled date-Thursday. So we did not have trash picked up for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving time when you accumulate more trash than normal. Other times were weather related so it's understandable to be delayed by a couple days. But they still didn't pick up the trash after the snow was removed. I had to call and ask when they would pick up the trash. The lady informed me that her workers said they picked up our trash when they had not picked it up. Why would I bother calling to complain about our trash not being picked up if they actually picked it up? She acted like I was lying to her. That made me want to cancel their service! I gave them one more chance and by the 3rd time of not picking up our trash, I called to have it canceled. They picked up our trash can at the end of the month and continued to send me a bill when I was never past due. I had to call again and ask why I was receiving past due notices when I had canceled. Customer service should be a top priority when owning a small business, and this company does NOT have good customer service. Almost everyone on our street uses a different company and we switched to them, best decision!!!

These guys are the best in town, hands down! Their service is always on time and the gentlemen that service our neighborhood are so nice. Last week, I forgot to put my trash can out on the curb. The day of service, they noticed my can was not out, drove their truck down my driveway (my driveway is about 100 yards long...), and PICKED UP MY TRASH CAN from beside my house to empty it in their truck. That is simply amazing. Can't get that service with any other company. The best in town!
