Terrible customer service at this location. The employee on duty was asked by a customer if they had something in the back and he responded “probably, I can’t check the back” in a very nasty unapologetic tone. She left almost immediately after confirming he said “can’t.” He then called up some restaurant to order his “usual” burger for lunch. Which he did very loudly. We were not greeted, nor offered any help while in the store. This all happened around 3pm. At about 5:15pm we returned to make our purchase to find the door locked, with no indication that this employee would be returning from break. We have watched four separate customers attempt to enter the store since we decided to wait about 30 minutes in case they had just started their break. It is currently 5:45pm and there is still no sign of anyone being in Store. This location is supposed to close at 7pm.
In case anyone was looking for an update. The same employee came back finally at 5:50pm, phone in hand, and is now in the back while myself and another customer are shopping.

Love the shoes and Selection Available. The Customer Service was AWFUL. The man working. Was asked by another customer if he had a shoe available in a certain size and abruptly said "I can't check for you". He appeared to be the only one In the store so I'm sure it was because he couldn't leave the floor. But he was just on social media scrolling on his phone. So it wasn't like he was watching for anyone stealing. He then ordered his "Normal Smash burger on speaker phone for his lunch break. Came back about 20 mins to buy shoes and he was gone (kinda expected) door was locked. No sign saying he was coming back. Mainly is disbelief in the way he handled the other customer as she even said "did you say or can or cant" and he immediately had a quick laugh and said "Cant". Luckily the shoes are worth a re-visit.

I received the greatest customer service from Aaron that I’ve had through retail in years! He went above and beyond to help my receive an exchange from an out of state store for a pair I desperately wanted but didn’t want to go through the hassle of return via online. These type of employees are golden and should be treated as such! Thanks Aaron!!!

Very helpful clerk. My wife came in and found the replacement for her shoes she has worn out over a decade. Great price and very helpful.

They are having a sale. I found just what I wanted for half price! Replaced my brown leather shoes with black leather shoes. Also got some no show socks. Lady employee is super nice and helpful.

Very unprofessional and I will not be shopping there again. I went in during a door buster sale and which the women duck boots were on sale. I asked the cashier did they have my size and she explained no but they could order them. She said I would get confirmation with my email address. I said fine. This was on a Thursday. So Friday is a holiday. Saturday and Sunday the store is open. I ordered other things and have received tracking for my other items from other places that are going to be shipped to me that same Thursday so I thought let me check on my package from here. First I call the store and Dawn places me on hold which is fine. But when you give poor customer service that’s a problem. When I was placed on hold I overhear the whole conversation in which I learn I am being put on hold so she can help another customer as if what I called for was not important which is very very unprofessional. The customer came in after I called. So I’m sitting here listening to Dawn help someone else instead of finishing my call and assisting me and then helping them. That is ridiculous. Even if she would have said that I would have been fine but just to put me on hold and not show concern to assist me is unacceptable.
