Great service!! I had an unfortunate mechanical issue that required a long tow (170 miles) home. The tow showed up promptly and Russell was very courteous and professional during the process. Even though it wasn’t a fun/good circumstance with the mechanical failure and having the tow home I enjoyed the ride with Russell!

My experience was very frustrating. My car broke down while traveling in Williamsburg Va. area. When the driver arrived my car had shut off and my gear shift was stuck in the neutral position. My son picked me up and we left before the driver put my car on the rollback. My car was towed to a car dealership in the same area. They called me after looking at my car and said that the gear shift box was totally dismantled. The only way that would’ve happened was that the tow truck driver must’ve torn it apart and broke it instead of popping off the gear shift release button and using a screwdriver to put it park. This shouldn’t have needed done since it was already in neutral. He should’ve been able to pull it onto the rollback to haul it to the local Hyundai dealer without having to do anything.
The Hyundai dealership was baffled by the fact that he had torn it apart. I’m now having to replace, at my expense,the entire gear shift assembly when it wasn’t the reason that the car broke down in the first place.
Skimino, has not been able to be reached by phone and will not return my phone calls.
On a positive note, the driver showed up in a timely manner.

Russell called me before he got to me and he confirmed where I was located but he also allowed me to talk and he listen and conversed with me help keep me calm so I didn’t panic. He was quick to arrive and everything went so smoothly. I greatly appreciate how professional and personable he was. I highly recommend Russell at Skimino Enterprises. I was stuck on the side of interstate and He turned an awful dangerous situation into a not so horrifying experience.

My wait time was only about 35 minutes vs. the 45-70 minute estimate; my vehicle was loaded and transported quickly and the service tech was very polite and professional.

Professionalism on time and simply good people describe this business and their drivers. Chase was my driver today and i have to say i have lived in williamsburg 3 years and hace not encountered such gpos service. Had to have my car towed by AAA from dolphin, Virginia to Williamsburg and chase had just happened to take a car from Newport. News to petersburg, so it worked out perfect. He was an all arpind great guy knows his craft and wad a true professional. I will use this company again even if im paying out of pocket....great service and a great driver.....

My car was towed at the estimated timeframe that was given. The driver called me when arrived and waited a couple of minutes until we arrived so we didn’t have to sit with the car for 45 minutes.
