The card reader clamped onto my chip card and wouldn't let go. Never even got to pump gas. Attendant was friendly and got the card out with pliers, guessing this isn't the first time this happened.
The tap-to-pay on the pumps doesn't work.

There one lady works arrogant can't answer questions rude dissatisfied as if working for me. The and there prices are also expensive than other places!In general, if you don’t have any other option, then you can, but I just don’t advise you there are a lot of gas stations closer and the staff are more kind!

This is like the most disgusting place to shop.There is nothing called customer service.The owners are manipulative and liars.They don't treat all customers of all different ethnicity fair and equal.ALSO THERE ARE MICE RUNNING AROUND INSIDE THE STORE. THERE IS NEVER WINDSHIELD FLUIDS OR RECEIPTS AVAILABLE AT PUMPS. THEY GOT EMPLOYEES WORKING AND WHILE THEY EATING TELL CUSTOMERS "WAIT I AM EATING FOOD".PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOUR MONEY IS RESPECTED AND TREATED FAIRLY AND EQUALLY.

This Shell station was conveniently located on Richmond Road in the direction I was traveling. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to gassing up, so those are the prerequisites for any gas station visit. I won't make a left turn. I ran through three cards before the machine actually accepted one. It kept saying they were invalid or rejected, and there was a sign on the door that the person had stepped away for five minutes. Fortunately it finally worked, a receipt was printed, and I was on my way. Prices seemed average. Not much else to report!

The pumps never work properly they either pump gas at an extremely slow rate or not at all and I end up having to go somewhere else it's a waste of time every time I stop there

I was surprised that this Shell wasn't on the map! This shell is in a very convienent area off of Richmond Rd. The guy being the counter which I assume was the manager or owner was informative and kind. All of their gas pumps work and the outside of the building looks historic which is a pretty cool look! If I'm back in the area soon and need gas I'll certainly be back :)
