Great folks on and run this station they're very friendly and very helpful and if you're in need of a place to take your car for repair they can direct you they just don't do repairs there they have a lot of things there homemade baked items cold sandwiches milk you name it they got a lot of things in there and some you wouldn't expect like roasted peanuts have different flavors and like I said the folks there are very nice and very accommodating

Be sure to double check that the gas grade you select at the pump is actually what you get. I selected regular and then when pumping the gas I noticed the price was jumping. When I printed the receipt I noticed the pump actually charged me for premium. My fault for not noticing but when I let the cashier know that there was a problem with the pump, they didn't seem to care and just said they will let the manager know which they probably wont. I didn't want money back I was just informing so it didn't happen to anyone else

1-28-22 9:45am the posted sign upon drive in showed $3.15/gallon for regular and I pulled in. At the pump, the price was $3.19/gallon. I realize mistakes happen, but in these days of extremely high prices, the old bait-and-switch is more than unappreciated. Station is clean and conveniently located on Richmond Road. I am pleased to read other reviews of positive experiences here but I did not even see an attendant or receive any customer service.

I really wanted to give 5 stars but I couldn't. My husband and I are senior citizens and we have a son who attends the college here. His car was hand washed back in August and was in need of a good washing ---especially the tire rims. Someone at the Premium Outlet suggested that we try the drive through wash at the Shell station on Richmond Road. We did. We lived in NY, CT and NJ and have used car washes in other states. So after we paid, we put the car in neutral but nothing happened. We went to speak with the attendant who told us to put the car in park and upgraded us from the $12 we paid to a $15 job. Which we though was VERY nice! For the most part the car looked very clean EXCEPT for green spots throughout the car and the tire rims were filthy. I immediately went into our son's apartment and sprayed windex and tried to wipe the rusty stains off. If I did go again to this car wash I would soap and scrub the tire rims first and go through this car wash for a rinse.
