After a recent move our dogs had access to our oriental rugs.They decided they were the perfect place for accidents!Shaia washed our rugs making them look and smell like new.Very professional and friendly service.

Had two wool white carpets cleaned and they came back good as new. W I’ll use them again. And they have a great variety of Persian rugs as well.

We love the large flokati rug in our sunroom, but over the years (between moves and a home renovation and lots of wear) it became very dirty and full of debris that was tracked in from the adjacent deck. Shaia did a WONDERFUL job cleaning it -- and it was a lot of work! It looks great now and we're going to treat it with better care this time. The team was a pleasure to deal with at pickup and drop off and one gentleman was kind enough to recommend some products for spot cleaning between deep cleanings. Thank you Shaia for excellent and personable service.

I highly recommend Shaia Oriental Rugs. Their customer service was informative and professional. My wool rug has been beautifully cleaned and wrapped. The showroom of rugs are gorgeous, can't wait to go back to do some shopping!

Shaia picked up my oriental rug for cleaning. They arrived when they said and returned the rug as scheduled. It's great to have it once again clean, but it has a flaw in the direction of the pile that I wish cleaning would have corrected. No fault of Shaia - just how it was made. I'd definitely use them again.

Shaia has the most beautiful rugs and superb customer service. We liked two rugs and weren’t sure which would be best for our home. Shaia brought both rugs to us and put each down. They told us to take a few days with each to decide. We chose a wonderful rug. It’s perfect for our living room. We will definitely buy from them again
