I ran into this store by accident during a family vacation. I enjoyed checking the fabric in store, and bought a a whole bunch, because of quality and great price . Staff were polite and very helpful. The upholstery work I did with their fabric came out amazing. I ordered more fabric online it was also a pleasant experience. They communicated very well and informed we with any changes. They also were transparent about discounts and how much reorders will cost. This store carry reasonably priced high end fabric pieces. One of my favorite stores to buy fabric for my small upholstery business.

I had a horrible experience with this vendor. I ordered two yards of white material from them. When arrived it was definitely a cream colored material. When I called them to ask for a refund they said no then finally said yes but they would only give me half the money back and I wound have to have to pay for shipping back to them. So I did, boy was this a mistake, not only did I waste more money shipping the material back , they sent the same material back to me. When I called them to ask them what happened they said they would call the post office but I have heard nothing back from them and this was from October. This company does not stand behind its products and its customer service is horrible I would never do business with them again.

I absolutely love Savvy Swatch!! They have a huge selection of designer fabrics at a fraction of retail price. Their staff is very helpful and provides useful information on design techniques. They are the best in town!

Said disgruntled former employee adding a comment for you-Having shared a desk with the owner of this business, and being in charge of shipping while I was employed there, I can confidently tell future customers to STAY AWAY. Although her team does beautiful work, Deborah the owner is HORRID to work with. She frequently lies to customers, telling them their fabric is on its way when it’s not even in stock. (And then keeping the money) Or telling customers their furniture is done being reupholstered when it hasn’t even been started.Not to mention the way she talks to staff and customers is totally condescending.The building itself is also a complete fire hazard as she is a hoarder. Multiple times I was not able to cater to handicapped customers because there was no room for them to get through the store.If you like being ripped off then please give her your money! She will gladly take it.-Former disgruntled employee
